Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woonsocket

sad. i come here honestly about once a day the service is usually very good with very polite people. that changed today. went through the drive through to get some breakfast , after i ordered about 4 things (2 of them being coffees) i kept going and she huffed so loud as if she couldn’t be more disappointed in her JOB. here’s the real catch. i get my food , drive off , get home to find both my croissants completely burned , and my bagel cut not in half but in a third , also get my coffees extra extra and they we’re basically black. was an extremely loyal customer. looks like i’ll be changing my location....

I used to go to this Dunkin' since it's the closest one to where I live, however I stopped coming to this location, mainly because the people aren't very nice and I don't think they know what "Customer Service" is all about. I'd go there to get one of those Monster Energy punch drinks, and I always attempt to get my 3 year old a glazed donut, half the time they rudely tell me they don't have it. How popular are glazed donuts anyway!? Anywho, I don't go to this location any more. I'd rather drive over to the one on Social St or that newer one on the corner of Diamond Hill and Mendon Rd. because they seem...
