Had a small wedding dinner here last week. Everything was fantastic! Charlene is a pro and made everything so easy! We had passed apps and a select menu for our guests. Everything was hot and tasted delicious. We were in one of their downstairs rooms and we had plenty of room to socially distance our guests while being separated from the main dining room. Chicken Frances was amazing and some guests said it was the best prime rib they had tasted. Will always remember the great dinner we had on our perfect day.

Ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. $60!! Got home to find one was very undercooked, almost felt slimy, and one had mold all over the bottom! Called and was asked to bring back to restaurant. Upon arriving was told they could make another pizza (no thanks) offered a gift card, but couldn’t give a refund because the manager had just conveniently stepped out! Disgusting on all levels, will never return. Such a shame because we love Ciros (same owners), but now I’m leery of that establishment too!

My husband and I recently has our wedding reception at Savini's. We originally booked in February 2020 and when we had to postpone until 2022, Charlene was so wonderful about the whole thing! She was so personable and we loved having her as our coordinator. The staff was amazing and food was delicious! the space was beautiful and perfect for our crowd. I had guests reaching out to me the days after asking for the parmesan crusted chicken recipe!

This place used to be good to go have a quick lunch but it's gone severely downhill since they hired all new bartenders and servers. Yesterday it took them 40mins to make an appetizer I had ordered. (The stuffies casino). I'm sorry but you cannot advertise it as an appetizer if it's going to take you 40mins just to make it! I get a half hour for lunch and would like a decent meal that's not going to take all day!

Today I ordered my lunch an hour in advance because they take forever now, and I specifically ordered something that I normally always get. The salmon picatta no starch just veggies as a side. I get there to pick it up and they only gave me a container with a small slab of mucky looking fish. Okay where's the veggies I ordered? You charged me$20 for this?! Then they have the nerve to tell me oh it won't take too long for them to make the veggies. What?!

I specifically ordered it an hour in advanced to avoid having to wait!! Are you kidding me!!??? God awful service. The bartender sucks as well grumpy older woman with no personality and gives you an attitude when she is the one with the terrible service. They need to hire Kaitlyn back behind the bar or put Heather back behind the bar. I never had any issues when they worked. I'm extremely displeased with the way this place is turning out especially since I've been a regular that goes...

Since it’s Easter, I called ahead to be sure Pomodoro is open. I told the girl i would be there in a half hour or so and asked if I had to make a reservation. She said no, and if I wanted I could sit at the bar. I came immediately and sat at the bar. I waited five minutes and the bar tender finalist noticed me. He said they close at 6:00 since it’s Easter. It was now 5:30. I told him I called and that I should have been told the time you close. (I wouldn’t have come if I knew I was going to choke down my food). It is now 6 pm and plenty of people in here. I ordered chicken parmigiana. He replied that they close at 6 pm so they can get home to their families. I replied, I understand because I used to work seven days a week. He replied that he still does. I come to this place often. Sometimes I order two meals for the week. The bar tender seemed short with his words. I worked retail, so I know how it is. I worked three jobs for many years. If you need to be home with your family on a holiday, you need to schedule yourself off or call out. I have worked many a holiday and missed out on many dinners and fun with the family, but I didn’t take it out on my customers. Recently, I’ve had a couple of my to-go orders messed up. The food here is very good. Good portions. Good price. The chicken parmigiana is a three course meal. Very good. First...

My wife and I have been eager to try this restaurant. We have eaten at their sister restaurant Ciro’s multiple times and it has alway been great. I thought it would be a great idea to get takeout for Mother’s Day for my wife.

Well, when placing the order we struggled as the person on the phone had no idea on the menu or order process. Had to repeat it at least three times. I had my daughter pick up the meals on her way home, she went in paid and was on her way. When she got home we had 3 family style chicken dinners. Unfortunately we ordered fish, chicken parmigiana and a pasta dinner. So my wife calls and they made no effort to make it right, just laughed said it was busy. I get that but poor customer service was the issue, laughing and saying just come back.

So my wife drove back and our meal still was not ready or correct. My wife was speaking with the manager who seemed to belittle everything saying it was just busy. After going back and forth with the manager she finally offered a small gift card and dessert.

Food was okay, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service will be the reason we...
