Came inside yesterday with a 8 piece meal with two large sides and four biscuits for $18.99. It included 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. I asked the women up front taking my order if we could replace the 2 thighs for legs because we don't like the thigh meat. She checked to see if it was OK which she said it was. When I got home they only gave us 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 I tried for 2 and a half hours and no one would answer their phone. I feel like they don't want to deal with complaints so they don't answer their phone. They need to check and fill their orders correctly because we paid extra for a couple breasts weeks ago and they didn't put them in and we lost money. Yesterday I went inside and was the only person waiting inline and no one in the drive thru. Yesterday I was tired and wanting take out but got home and I was short on chicken. I didn't want to drive all the way back in while the rest of our food got cold. And like I said was upset no one there could answer the phone. Once we pulled up and got our food, we noticed an empty box which should’ve been fries. The girl insisted they were in there, they had just fallen out. However, that was not the case. This girl was so irritated that we offered to give her the bag back to prove there was nothing but an empty box in there. She did not apologize, nor did she believe us. She seemed extremely upset at something that was clearly their fault. I have never felt so disrespected my whole life. We didn’t get a tone with her, we were not rude, just simply tried to show her that they gave us nothing but an empty box. Finally she gave us the missing fries, but again did not apologize, nor seem to care that they messed up. I agree with the other comments here, management needs to be replaced. Avoid this place...

We called in to inform them of their mistake and was meet with the worst manager in the world! Foul mouthed and refused to even listen. We asked for her name to report her to the cooperative office and she refused to give it to us. When my wife asked her for the number to cooperate, her reply was, “look it up if you want it”, while laughing the entire time. I used to order my family dinner here once a week, and then we scaled back because of the service! This was the final straw for us!! Never going to order here again. And, by the way, if anyone reads this and needs a replacement to KFC, order from Buehler’s downtown, 2 orders for 20$ and the quality is amazing!
