Today I came to this location at 12:35 PM. It was my first (and likely last) time at this location. Upon entering the parking lot from Beall Avenue, I had intended to go through the drive-thru but noticed both lanes of the drive-thru were very full—the 2nd lane backed up out onto Bowman Street by 2 cars and the 1st (left) lane backed up to the point of the north entrance. This should have been a warning sign to avoid the location, but I parked and went inside. There were no other customers waiting and one cashier working as KS #2. I placed my order of two $2 McChicken/Small Fry bundles and 1 large sweet tea. The ordering and payment was just fine although the cashier had no personality and seemed bored to death to be there—no “Hello” or “May I help you?” greeting and no “Thank you” at the end. Just a monotone almost drugged look and voice. The receipt said “Root Beer” even though I ordered Sweet Tea, which isn’t really a big deal but may impact your statistics. When I went to fill up my Sweet Tea, the dispenser was totally empty. I returned to the cashier and told her the cooler of tea was empty and she took my cup and filled it up “In the back.” After waiting 2-3 minutes I noticed that my order number #214 was not on the TV screen of “Orders in progress” even though numbers after mine were on the screen and my order was still not ready. I asked why my order was not listed and the cashier said she “did not know” and went to the back—possibly to tell someone or reinput the order—I do not know. While I was waiting another customer came and ordered 1 large sweet tea to go. The cashier took her money and gave her a cup and made no mention that the sweet tea dispenser was empty. So that customer went to get tea and I told her “It’s empty” and she said, “They look pretty disorganized here” and she got a pop instead and left. By this point I had been waiting at least 8 minutes for my order and when it did finally come up no one had made any effort to refill the sweet tea cooler. Also one employee made two trips with bags and happy meals out to the drive thru and came back saying “We are out of pull-ahead parking spots”. Overall I found this McDonalds location to be very inefficient and unsatisfactory. Either more employees need to be working to fulfill the demand or those who are working need to be trained to work faster and more efficiently. I will not...

My sister placed her order on the kiosk, but when I began my order as soon as I hit the button to customize my order the kiosk shut down and said I needed to order at the counter. Well that was another thing. There were at least 4 or 5 staff members standing around by the French fry cooker and to go window. They could see that we were waiting to both pay and order my order… I ordered ice tea and they said they had to get that from behind the counter. Our food was ready and still I waited for my drink. I went back up to the counter to get some salt. Once they gave me the salt I still had to wait for my drink… people came and got their food while I still waited. I finally got my drink. Another older couple came in while we were eating and they waited for at least 10 minutes until they were waited on. The restrooms were dirty and the hand dryer barely blows air to dry your hands. I understand the reasoning of using the kiosk but the fact that it does not allow for deviation from the menu item renders...
Read moreThe manager is more unprofessional than the employee she walked away as I was talking. Respectfully I asked why did the car who pulled up after me get there order taking before me after I was told to wait just to watch another car pulled and get there order taking making wait even longer. When I ask respectfully I was told very rude because I was talking to my boss and I ain’t know who pulled up first even though they told me to hold on. I replied umm ok and place my order nobody replied I pulled forward and the manager comes out. Do we have a problem I said what happened and said I just placed my order she said we are not serving I asked her name and corporate she refused and walked away. I did ask was this because I asked why the person got there order after me waiting. I never cursed or nothing it was a question and to be refused service is crazy and unprofessional.
