I have been to Ralph’s in the past and never have I been treated so poorly as I was tonight. I was here with a friend and we went to the bar and waited 20 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge us as she was acknowledging other people. It was very busy, however, so we understood that she may be busy, but it seemed like we were being ignored. Eventually, she came over to us and asked us if we were interested in ordering drinks and we said yes, and my friend asked what flavors of seltzers were provided. She said “oh we have lots of flavors, what flavors do you not like?” My friend first asked if they had strawberry or raspberry to make the process easier. When she started answering this question, the waitress walked off and in 10 minutes later came back with a mango white claw. She asked my friend if it was okay and my friend said no because she asked. She then proceeded to storm off, very upset and only came back around five minutes later to ask what I wanted. Eventually, after another 10 minutes of waiting, we decided that we would leave because we didn’t want to hassle her any longer and she was asking other people what they wanted for their third and fourth rounds of drinks. I didn’t want to be in this place because I didn’t want to be around that energy. As we left, she shouted rude remarks at us. The bouncers of the location also proceeded to harass us as we left. I don’t ever want to come back to this place and I recommend that anyone interested in coming to Ralph’s diner should look elsewhere. This place is u professional and it seems like they were more upset about customer criticism than people doing c*caine in the restroom. Deeply disappointing. We were banned for a month by the bouncers but quite frankly, I will be happy to continue that...

Use to go to this place every week, sometimes up 3 times that's how awesome it was. After a long break I went back and was totally floored. I have no idea who owns it now but I can't believe it is the same, Vincent. If so he is not aware of how terrible the staff are. I was asked to leave for taking pictures, yes pictures. There are pictures all over the internet of this place and of the people in it and I was asked to leave. My ride, my nephew was assaulted when I said he was my driver. He did nothing, he wasn't even in the same room as me when I was asked to leave. They put their hands on me but not too aggressive but yeah. I/we didn't cause any trouble, weren't causing fights, weren't bad to the staff, weren't trying to sneak up stairs, weren't belligerent or anything like that, taking pictures. I used to bring a 35mm pocket camera there in the day with NO issues. In this the social media era I am blown away at how these employees figure what they did was okay. I tried to reach right out on their contact page, nope can't seeing they shut it down. I wonder why? My brother for christ sakes worked the door. Not that these fools would know. All in all be aware you may get in trouble so make good calls if you go there. Use to be great, now it's just disgusting and the staff are pompous, at Ralph's the most liberal bar in knew. Hence knew cuz it is not that way now. I'd add a picture but I got thrown out for taking them, LOL, SMH. I was excited to get back in the Ralph's scene but I will never go back, but what do they care. Good riddance Ralph's and your...

The sorry excuse for a parking lot and lack of available parking could all be excused if it wasn't for the fact that this place discriminates against disabled people with service dogs. My son and I stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat as it was one of the only places open at that hour of the night. We didn't even step foot on the property, never mind actually entering the diner itself, before we were rudely waved away. I asked if we could eat here. He told me that they don't allow dogs. I explained he's a service dog. Again, the guy repeated that they don't allow dogs. My son insisted we leave, so I told the guy what he's doing is illegal and we turned and left. This business doesn't deserve patronage of any kind of they're going to discriminate against those with...

This was my first time here, for the Crucifix and Overtime concert. The atmosphere was excellent. It is a cash only bar, but there is an ATM onsite. Stage is upstairs. Bars are in the dining cart, the back room downstairs, and another one upstairs where the concert was. Bathrooms are totally trashed, but I was sort of expecting that. Acoustics are great, very loud excellent place for a concert. It's in a business district, so no neighbors to complain really. This is a "Must experience" type of venue. The parking lot is not the best, so drive slowly as the bumps, will send you flying if you hit them too hard. Drinks were priced rather well for being a concert. beers are in the 5.50 range.

Great diner/dive bar with live music. The food menu is limited to burgers, dogs, chili and bags of assorted chips. Definitely one of my favorite places for a real, grilled, burger over an open flame. They usually have an assortment of live music generally towards the heavy metal side. The guys room is decorated with old school Playboy pages to keep you entertained while you do your thing. A few downsides are the parking lot sucks (potholes) and the draft beer is served in small, plastic, cups... Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

10/10 no notes. Wouldn't change a thing. Ralph's is my favorite place in Worcester and probably even all of New England. It's a punk bar with a diner car, what more could you ask for? Beware the pothole fiesta that is the parking lot tho! If you have low ground clearance on your car I highly suggest that you either park right up top in the front by the Ralph's Diner sign or all the way in back by those officey looking buildings but don't try to drive your super low sports car thru the lot because you seriously might get stuck.
