Subway — Restaurant in Worcester

Ok look.. the place is clean, the workers are extremely nice, and the food is good... quick and friendly.... but one thing I didn't like and I marked or down 3 stars is because the gentleman attending the food was in the middle of an order when walked in and I was thinking of what to order, as he was ringing the customer up and handling cash, he was ready to just start touching what I wanted so before he could I asked him to change his gloves before he serves me. And if that is a regular thing he does that is so disgusting. Touching different meats and money and the oven, and garbage. No thank you. Everyone should make sure their server changes and washes hands and puts on a new pair of...

The owner there at that subway physically attacked me on the parking lot, put hands on me and my daughter also her being pregnant he slapped her cause she try to stop him from attacking me, l called Worcester police to do a report on him but unfortunately for me being hispanic or they get free meals there cause they didn’t do nothing.if you are hispanic be careful all of this was l cause l used restroom B4 placing my food order, he went off on me then followed me outside and proceeded to push shoved me to the ground n that’s when my daughter try to make him stop he jst put hands on her also! Remarkably none of his workers...

This is a very clean location and the employees are extremely kind. I ordered a 6 inch meatball toasted. I was looking at my phone and didn't notice the man made me a footlong and didn't toast it like I requested. I figured it was no big deal so I just paid and left. When I got home I noticed my sub had almost no sauce on it, the bread was all squished, the meatballs had absolutely no flavor which makes no sense considering all locations use the same ingredients I thought? Anyway, it was very disappointing. I'll stick to the park...
