CoCo Nail Spa — Local services in Worcester

Honestly still sitting here irritated as I write. Off of the POOR SERVICE IN GENERAL. Been frequenting around here for years because Annie is truly one of the best. But this male that’s always in the salon(assuming owner & I dare u to give me a nasty reply like I see u do where u get neg reviews) he’s just out for how ever much he can get from one person in a short amount of time, with the poorest quality of customer service. Came and brought them 3 additional customers BRIDE INCLUDED & I’m so embarrassed for bringing them here. Bride’s French toes look so thick mind you she hates thick toe nail to start lol! So thank you for being about the quantity and not the quality. The older lady that does my toes is very sweet and does a great job but today with her negative annoying uncommunicative co worker beside her I think she threw her energy Off. All in all I’m literally paying more then necessary cuz u get a basic package and they tack on all the water works. I started getting the basic because they skip steps In The deluxe no sea salt in the water it’s like throwing your money to the wind$ trying to catch it. Let me show u one of the sets that cost 52$ Pure DISSATISFACTION!!!!!!!!! You should be embarrassed to provide the kind of service you provide. What’s your excuse beside wanting to get another customer in the chair and RUSHING THE PROCESS. They also couldn’t do the nail art and look at me crazy for asking them if they could with every excuse as to why you LACK SKILL. Get your SKILL SET UP AND IF U GIVE ME A NEGATIVE RESPONSE ILL MAKE A POSTER AND STAND OUTSIDE YOUR SHOP FOR A WEEK. Protest the service that’s how horrible my experience was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE SAD IN THE END! Left with a nasty taste of BITTERNESS !!!!! I can’t believe my friends were kind enough to leave a undeserved tip! It was a very bad experience. They kept taking walk-ins costumers and they just did anything to finish my nails quickly. I was trying to communicate and I didn't mind to pay more to have the result that I wanted but they didn't even give me a chance to talk. They sent me from one person to another! My nails look awful and believe it or not! They used a glue to fill some cracks in my nails! GLUE! I just edited my comment because I can't reply to your answer. I have NEVER complained about the price. I only asked if you can renew my acrylic it was a QUESTION and that is the purpose of going to a SPA to ask an expert and they would advise you. You have NEVER told me it's not gonna look good, honestly you NEVER answered any of my questions. It was a one side conversation and you completely ignored me! You kept sending me from one person. I went with my daughter there to get our nails done the girl that she did my nails she did OK I did the dip they looked good I did the pink and white when I went home I saw the right hand is little pinker than the left-hand but she did OK . Now the one star specifically for the guy that did my daughters finger nail they were so awful he made them stick up so bad so awful job and they charge me full Price even we told them that they look bad and she wasn’t happy with them and when we come home she was crying and she said why did you take me there we took them off for her in a different store of course I will never go back there I paid with tip $125 for both people which is the guy didn’t deserve any tip but we did give.
