Red Crab - Juicy Seafood — Restaurant in Worcester

Food was super salty, we had a party of 8, which must include 18% tips, so our waitress didn't bother us at all, while we all need a 2nd drink, waved at different waitresses, she saw n ignored us, not even try to tell the waitress that attended us to come.... worst experience ever. Not much butter, but lot of salt, can't compete with other spots I went to. And there was no cold Corona. They ended up gave us 10% off at the end but it's not worth it to come back. The crawfish were jumbo size, n sweet potato fried was great. Beside that, everything added crazy amount of sodium 3/12/19 I came back a few more time since the last review, the service is better now, i also had king crab which they didnt crack the shells well, and didnt provide cracker with crab order, i cut my finger while trying to open those huge giant king crab, the next time i came and had the snow crab but also hard to to break the claws, i had to ask for cracker , they dont just automatically provide the crackers and the spicy level is way off. i ordered medium spicy, more like not spicy at all :( , asked for a cup of sauce of spicy, but came out also not spicy :( PLEASE AUTOMATIC PROVIDE CRACKER FOR ANY CRAB ORDER. the salt level does go down, but not a lot. still salty , i taste more of salt...

Absolutely terrible service, we frequent this restaurant monthly and will not be coming back.

My boyfriend and I came today to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated about immediately at 6:45. After we sit, a party of 29 is sat in our section and our waiter is assigned to this group as well. We wait for about 20 minutes to finally get our drink and food order to be taken. Food then takes 45 to come out and is COLD. I complain to the older asian woman, who I can only assume is the manager/owner that the food came out cold. She gives some dumb excuse saying “Oh you know your server is busy tonight, sorry”. She promises to make us a fresh Calamari basket and it will be out in 2 minutes. You can see where this is going.. 15 minutes later she brings the “new”one out, which was obviously the same tray she gave us originally just greasier from being thrown in the oil again. Picture below was when the ticket was entered for the food to come out 45mins later.

It was a complete stupid move on management to assign a server with tables already a party of 29. This special party, (who the owners/managers) were definitely giving special treatment to, should have gotten...

We had a very large party but we had a reservation. They had one bartender on and they told us our people better not be late because they are so busy and if we’re more than 10 minutes late, they will start taking tables from us every rounder drinks with 35 minutes Forgot my drink and then when my food finally came it was cold. Had to send it back almost everyone was done eating by the time my food came out warm then it took an hour and a half to figure out the bill when the guy at the door asked us how we wanted to pay we told him separate checks. We go there every year for my son‘s birthday. We will never ever return., we asked for the cake an hour and a half later as we’re trying to figure out the bill we said forget the cake. They said we’re gonna send it out and we’re not gonna charge you. We said great half the people had left. What a horrible experience will never...
