I passed in this store in rge drive thru around 1156pm at 26 June 2018, I was very specific about my order, I only ordered a Jr Bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and it came exactly without what I ordered. I got frustrated because when I was doing the payment I ask again if she, cashier had charged me for the extra bacon and she said yes. I had already left the line when I decided to check it, because it would not be the first time this occurred to me in this same store. And as I had suspected, I was without my extra bacon that I had paid for. Well I had to get back in the line of the drive thru since the lobby was already closed, wait until I can talk again with an attendant at the window. and when it came to my turn, I believe she was the Manager, because her shirt was red, unlike the others that was using black shirt. She was very rude, because she did not even want to look at my face, she saw that I had it in my hands, she asked me the receipt and checked, questioning what I was explaining, I even talked to her .... "do you really think I would get back in the line again, wait to lie for 2 pieces of bacon?" she walked away and made another hamburger, this time the right way. I went to the Drive-thru and i didn't get there yet and the "Lady" were asking and keep asking ( a littel Rude). I ask for the order and she already wanted to send me to the window ... and i didn't finish the order my order and try to tell her about the specifications of the drink (milk) and she were so Rude and in a certain way like it was like that and thats It. Read moreI ordered through the drive thru today at lunch time. I paid with my debit card. It wasn't until I got to the RMV, waited in line and then tried to pay my renewal fees that I realized my debit card was missing. I always keep it in the same spot in my wallet and when it wasn't there I started to panic. I went and searched through my car couldn't find it then called Wendy's to see if they had it. They did. The cashier never gave it back to me at the drive thru window, nor did she give me a receipt. I told the person on the phone how annoying this was that I now have to leave the RMV, drive back to Wendy's to get my debit card then go back to the registry to wait in line again to pay my fees. She didnt seem to care but said "oh I sorry about that." When I got there I went in and told them they had my debit card I didnt bring my purse in with me but the girl had me go back out to my car to get my ID.
