My experience today was awful. I went in for two 3 scoop sundae. My daughter had to use the washroom so when I came back they had my order ready. I looked at the ice cream and one of them was literally less than halfway in the cup …. I went back and told them it was supposed to be a 3 scoop and they said it was. I asked them if they put another scoop or give me my money back since it was less than halfway full usually a 3 scoop meets the line of the cup but this wasn’t even halfway. The worker said that’s the same amount they give for all the scoops. I thought that was funny because the other one didn’t look like same. The worker just gave me my money back and didn’t even apologize for giving me less. I drove 25 minutes to this location because they always have regular Jamoca and that’s all I’ve been craving since I am 7 months pregnant and it’s a shame they couldn’t even give me...
