Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Worth Township

I can’t comment on the physical appearance of the location, as I always order delivery. However when it comes to the food, I get very mixed ranges of quality. Last year, most of the time when I ordered the food was mostly great. It would be cooked great and seemed to be mostly evenly proportioned.

However, later in the year and so far this year, food quality has dropped. There have been a plentiful amount of times where the burrito bowl I ordered would have some unknown item in it or some random dry plant leaf. The chips are usually crispy or chewy, never consistent. The fresh tomato salsa proportions have seemed to increase this year, but the quality still sometimes ranged. Sometimes it’s amazing, other times it’s terrible.

The main issue would be that the quality of the food has gone down over time, with a huge chance of having bad quality food. I’ve never had any other fast food area deliver such an unpredictable amount of quality in their food products. I wish the food was better, as I really did enjoy it back then.

As for if I can recommend this place to others, it is a bit difficult to do so. If you order when the place opens and the food is freshly made on the spot, you are most likely going to receive “good” quality food. However, anything past that I don’t think I could ever recommend.

I don't normally go to this location, but definitely never will again. My quesadilla was burnt. Why you would give that to a customer I will never know. But then customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried reaching out and first was stuck in their awful AI, Pepper. Then once I got out of AI to a person, they were even less helpful. No, I wouldn't hear from the store, and well, I'm sorry it was "cooked to less than perfection." Um, "less than perfection" is completely different from BURNT. Good luck reaching someone at the store about it - that won't happen either. To add insult to injury, the salsa with the chips was less than half full. So it just overall was a total waste of money. Steer clear of this Chipotle location! Added after reply from "owner": My review even NOTES I tried that contact. I reference above where I say "customer service is absolutely horrible, I was stuck with their "awful AI" and then once I got out of the AI, and got to a person, the customer support person was less than helpful. THAT IS PROOF CHIPOTLE AS A CORPORATION DOES NOT CARE THAT THIS LOCATION SUCKS AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I filled out that form. I can bet I won't be hearing back. I wanted to try the new brisket so I stopped in today. When I went to get two burrito bowls the brisket was almost gone, which is no problem. I could wait for more. The female employee behind the counter started making my bowls and noticed she was almost out and called for more before even making my bowls. She hesitated to split it because it was obvious it wasn't enough for two bowls. Then she still split the little bit left between both my bowls. The problem I had was I said hey that’s not enough for my one bowl could I get some more please. She looked at me and just said no it’s one scoop and that’s what I get. I then asked well that’s not enough for me so could I get extra then implying to her I’ll pay for extra even though I felt there was an obvious difference between the portions in my two bowls. She was just rude and said no it’s one scoop. I then just left because I couldn’t even pay for extra. I wanted to try the new item but it wasn’t meant to be I guess 😂.
