PLEASE READ: working in customer service I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience with this Dunkin needs to be reported to the Health Department. I went to get a coffee at this location. My coffee was extremely cold. I didn't notice until I took a sip from it when I was home. The cup was cold so I should had realized it. I believe they gave me another customers drink and let me tell you why. I decided to go back to inform them and simply kindly asked them to remake a fresh coffee. The employee took my cup of coffee (that I had already drank from and took it home for over 20 mins) and she poured it back into the pot to "reheat" it. Yes, the same pot they serve other customers. I was truly disgusted. Any food/drink place knows once anything leaves the counter we cannot accept it back for health/sanitary concerns. But she sure did. I went inside and spoke to the manager on duty. She asked the employee if this was true and the employee admitted it. Unfortunately, recently I went back to accompany my sister this past Sunday. They gave my sister a cup of coffee with a huge piece of hair in it. She nicely told them. They re made her a new coffee... get this.. that coffee ALSO had another hair in it. Read moreThis used to be my favorite Dunkin’. I always recommended this location to friends family coworkers. Not anymore. Worst experience. I ordered through the drive through. Coffee with caramel. Which I’ve ordered multiple times. I got coffee with coconut. Not a problem got my order order wrong or they misheard me. Not a big deal. I parked went in and got attended by who I’m thinking was the manager. (By the way he was ordering the employees) He tells the employee the order was wrong. Employee says I said coconut. Which I did not. Manager then tells me. “Everyone is saying you said coconut so next time make sure you say caramel” ARE YOU SERIOUS? Why would I waste my time to park and go inside to swap my coffee if it was my mistake. I never said coconut. And never got a receipt to even check the order. But the way the “manager” handled this situation was surprising to me. I’m a retail manager and I would NEVER give that type of customer service. Like I said mistakes happen. Read moreI love Dunkin Donuts. I have spent a lot of money and time at various DD's. Quite frankly this DD on 12150 S. Cicero is the WORST I have ever had the misfortune to visit. In fact, if I could not even give the joint a star, I wouldn't. The point is, the night shift staff is rude and disrespectful. Telling a customer to "speak English" when they can't hear you over the intercom is racist. Yes I'm Mexican, but no surprisingly I'm not an immigrant- thanks for assuming my citizenship status. Additionally, one time I decided to experiment the many flavors of Dunkin and I guess they did too. I ordered a frozen coolata and it tasted like weed. I only drank it all because it was over 3 dollars. My experience from last night, June 6th at 10:37 pm was what sent me over the edge- yes, I literally wanted to kill myself. I ordered a frozen dunkacchino and they gave me a mint flavored drink. I go to that Dunkin only because the others around me are closed by the time I get my cravings.
