Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

Good morning everyone! Today is March the 1st 2023! I just came from Duncan on 96 in Pulaski. This has been one of the worst experiences at a Dunkin' donuts that I have ever had. IToday I ordered one blueberry cake and one order of hash browns, and 6 donuts, I ordered for them to be separate. Any one who goes to dunkin knows a 1/2 dozen ho in a box. So the blueberry cake donut and the order of hash Browns will be in 1 bag and then the 6 donuts will be in a Box like a normal order. So when I get to the front the person in the drive-through was trying to hand me 7 little bags of donuts. I told them no I'd wanted 1 blueberry cake 1 order of hash Brown's, and 6 donuts So they're grumbling underneath their breath and acting like they don't understand what I'm talking about or that I'm causing trouble. So once they hand me the 6 donuts and the order has Browns they say please leave. Then when I notice that I'm missing my separate blueberry cake donut and say that to them they continue to grumble under their breath as if they can't handle the morning rush. I will never come back to this location I will try my darn does to go to Krispy kreme or some other pastry place that has people who understand Orders. It was just a simple misunderstanding and they didn't have to take it to a place of rudeness. But when certain people see black people they wanted try to demean them. Here we go. I am an avid dunkin buyer. I probably buy an coffee every other day. Today was the first day I had a horrible experience at one of your stores. We ordered two hot peppermint mocha lattes off the menu thru the drive through. As we drove away mine was just coffee with creme. No flavor or even sugar. My husband had a latte but no flavoring. We went back and I went into the store and told the lady that our Our coffees are wrong. I proceeded to even point at the picture to say that is what we ordered. She states I made two of those. I open the lid to even show there wasn't even whip creme and the other had no foam. She offered to just add the flavor to the coffee. I said no I want two new coffees. That I wanted the two lattes and she said no I can just add the flavor. I grabbed the coffees I sadly paid for and left and told the owner I would never be there again and would be contacting corp and she said please do with an attitude. Both employees eyes were blood shot red and they were acting like they couldn't even understand me. Almost like they were under the influence. Rudest experience i have ever had. No one during these times when inflation is threw the roof have to pay for or even not get what...

This DD is terrible!!! 2 years ago the were great but has went completely downhill. The last 6 months everytime that I have gone I am amazed by how bad they are. I go to multiple DD a few times a week and this location is not good. I ussually drive to the one on 107th Cicero even though it's a little farther for me because it is so much better but after a while I will give the one in EP a try again. Never again! Today I get up to the window and 3 times they walk away then come back and ask me what my order was again. They hand me a small Latte when I ordered a large then when I hand it back the girl hands it back to the woman making it. She looks at the machine dumps the small they gave me into a large cup throws a cup of something I think may have been some expresso adds hot water stirs it with what looked like a dirty spoon and says here give this too him.Then when I get home I had also ordered 10 munchkins all chocolate. There were 3 chocolate and 3 glazed. I paid for 10 and only received six (3 wrong type). That is not a mistake unless the person cannot count to 10. They knew it was wrong. The workers there always have an attitude and don't care about...
