Harte's is a bit shabby inside and out, but they have reasonable prices and some of the best live music ever. The staff is very friendly too! Harte's hasn't changed a bit. It's still a friendly bar with great music and reasonably priced drinks.

I was only at Harte's one time several years ago, nothing special but I sure did change my mind with my last visit. The place was fun, extremely friendly crowd, great service despite being quite busy, there was a terrific blues band ( Smiley Tillman and Kate Moss) and only had a $5 cover charge. All of the staff were super friendly....

Nice little bar tucked away in Evergreen Illinois. We were out. Went to have a couple beers nice atmosphere it just drew us in. The live music was great. A group called the Farrel Kats were playing. The live music was an added feature to the bar. We really enjoyed being there and having fun with...

i stumble across this bar one night just walking around ...and im not even from chicago...this place is a great great dive bar ...live music on weekends i mean really good bands not no junk crap..friendly ppl and excellent bar tennding service...so every time im in chicago this is a must must...
