Iona's On The Blu — Restaurant in Worth Township

The food is fantastic ‼️ However the service is horrible ‼️ I called in 2 the restaurant b4 they were even open (3:40pm) the young lady on the phone says we don't open until 4pm I said that's fine may I order now or call back she states u can leave ur order now I get there @ 4:30pm my order wasn't ready I sat until 5pm so what was the point in calling the order in ahead of time Then I called back later that evening about 6pm so I could get sum prices 4 2morrow I'm having a few people over & I WAS going 2 get the dinner from Iona's when I called in the young lady that answered the phone was talking 2 several people including myself I couldn't believe it she was having multiple conversations she wasn't even listening 2 me she kept saying what were u saying I'm sorry She did that 2 me 4 times when she finally came back 2 the phone & said now what were u saying real fast & tacky I said clearly this is a very bad time 4 u so I'm going 2 end this call right now thanks so much have a good nite then I hung up worse service ever I WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN ‼️

We went there looking for Ionas on the blue and got totally different experience. We inquired about Ionas and the wait staff acted as if she had no idea what we were talking about. If "Ionas" closed just say so. Restaurants change names and ownership often. This place is actually "Live on the blue" same address but specializes in breakfast cuisines not Soul food. The food was good but very pricey for the portions. Also needs a better professional wait staff. Attitudes run high, must be the management. I guess so, if they keep hiding the fact that they are not what's advertised on the website. Shame on them. Come on guys be up front and let...

I was a fairly regular patron at this estasblishment, but the horrible service and decreasing food quality have become unbearable. My final experience was several weeks ago when our party of 12 waited two hours for our food. The garlic bread was burnt, the crab cakes looked like hockey pucks, and the replacements were not much better. The owner prepared our food and I cannot believe she sent them out. The pork chops were so thin I could have done better at Aldi, and the gravy tasted like it was canned. By the way, there was only one other party who ordered appetizers, ate and left while we waited 2 hours for our food....
