Why do these hired individuals think they at a hang out or they running the joint when I go to a krispy cream in general the customer service always sucks I went with my husband and daughter to do our groceries and wanted a coffee and my daughter wanted a small donut she got her donut and when I asked the young African American lady if they had coffee she’s replied and I quote “there can be” I said “oh nice do you have flavors?” and she instead ignored my follow up question And instead turned to a co worker that asked her about her second job like hun I see why you need two they both don’t give a crap about your terrible customer service skills. I went to the Krispy Kreme on 95th pulaski (Amazon Fresh) with my 3 children. This was on Thursday (05-02-24) at 7:05 PM ( free dozen day). There was two ladies at the desk who were both on their cell phones. I asked the lady with the green shirt who said she was the supervisor if I can please have one dozen original glazed. She responded by saying they were all out and wouldn't be making any more for the rest of the evening. I asked her if they closed at 10PM and she said yes but she said "We're not going to make glazed donuts for just one person, you should've been here earlier".
