Lucky's Lounge — Restaurant in Worth Township

Went there Thursday night ,Feb 18,2021 with a friend of mine to have a few drinks in honor of his recent retirement. The. Lounge -bar itself is unassuming and could easily be found in most other local neighborhood places. Nothing stood out about the place with one major exception and that is the bartender. There was only one working that night at the time we were there and I believe her name was Amanda. She was absolutely the nicest person i have encountered in that profession in a long time. It ain’t easy worki g and serving the public for an entire shift in various states of sobriety yet she was a delight to be in the company of Lucky’s establishment as well as all the patrons of Lucky’s are “Lucky” to have her there. We enjoyed the two hours we were there and if I were living anywhere remotely near this lounge I would def frequent the place often and make it my friendly neighborhood watering hole ; all because of this delightful personable professional lady Cheers too Lucky and three cheers too...

Used to frequent this place quite often on Thursdays due to the person who is bartending. Stopped in just last week and it was a different bartender, they l sat behind the bar, constantly eating and complaining about working there the entire time. Was also bad mouthing the previous bartender that no longer works there to the customers sitting at the bar. Did not feel welcomed at all while sitting at the bar. Service was quite poor, was only asked what we wanted to drink one time and not acknowledged after. Had to wave her down to get her attention after being ready to leave for quite some time. Great bloody Mary, but very inconsistent. I've been here three times and every time something different, celery one time not the next, pepperoncini one time not the next. I also stopped by for the Sunday special and it was not worth it. $6 regular $5 Sunday, the Sunday I came the drinks were in a larger glass but tasted watered down and had too much ice. I also came a little later on the afternoon and was told I should have came earlier because the were out of many of the add-ons. Really? Your big special is Sunday, you know this, but you can't plan for it and have enough ingredients to last to the night? I'd rather pay the extra dollar and get a bloody that isn't watered down...
