This place is absolutely disgusting! If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my friends came in the drive through and not even a hello or a greeting. We asked for the adult meal and for one of them we wanted a different drink and the lady who was on the other end, speaking to us with an attitude said “you can’t do that” and when we said we can just add it to the side and pay extra she continued to get annoyed and frustrated saying we could do that with an aggravated voice. Me and all of my friends noticed this and we made a comment to each other in the car. As we pulled up to the window no one was in uniform, no one with their hair up, and to us that is disgusting and unsanitary. The one worker who rang us up had hair all in his face, the female worker that had given us attitude on the speaker, we saw she had her hair down right above her shoulders, the other coworker had his hair up and a hat with glasses he was only outta uniform. Once we got our food we saw we barely had any sauces and had asked for more and the young lady again said to us with an attitude, “there in there” we just wanted more and they closed the window and we just left and got home to eat. Now here’s the real problem. We arrived to our friends home we all sat down to enjoy the food we just spent like $50. My one friend asked for no ice in her drink, they put ice in her drink. Our one friend who ordered the burger showed how it was thrown together and the patty was half off the bread and he took a bite and tasted hair in his mouth and spit it out, once we took a closer look around the burger we saw more HAIR in the burger! He then ripped apart the burger and saw there was hair INSIDE THE BURGER!! It was the most And absolutely disgusting thing we could have ever seen! He couldn’t eat his burger and he threw up! And not even just that our other friend saw that there was HAIR in his box as well. It was at the bottom of his box and it’s non of ours. This is completely unacceptable, it wasn’t even busy we were the only car in the drive thru and it wasn’t even busy, and that young lady did not need to give us attitude. You chose that time to work and we didn’t do anything to disrespect her. The workers need to have their hair up and outta the food because now we just wasted $50 on disgusting, hairy, dirty food. I hope McDonald’s takes action into this and we will be waiting...
Read moreThe service was speedy regarding the food aspect of my experience. I was really in a tight jam due to my cellphone not being able to obtain any connectivity to the internet. Placed all my faith and hopes that McDonald's WiFi would save the day. Boy was I wrong indeed. What made my unfortunate situation worse was that I was trying to get to my orientation for a new position I had gotten hired for so needless to say, it was quite imperative that I make it there and on time. I tried explaining my situation to the manager on duty and was extremely disappointed with the complete lack of empathy given the important nature of my situation. I asked if I could perhaps instead use a different WiFi (one that actually worked) and was denied. I've worked in retail the majority of my working life and have been in situations as a Rep where I at least tried to help as best I can. The one thing I displayed in either a Rep role or Manager role was empathy. I hold Managers to a little higher standard and expectations given I've been one multiple times before. I totally understand that there are times when policy doesn't allow to help someone, but the one thing that can ALWAYS be done, is showing empathy, in my opinion, respectfully. After seeing the Managers demeanor and disengaged attitude I elected to leave to walk down to Dunkin Donuts to see if they might be able to save the day and help. I ended up stopping into Panera Bread to see if they could help me in any way or at least somewhat more than McDonald's (tried) to. All I needed was a working WiFi signal and theirs immediately worked without issues. They literally saved my job ! For that I am extremely grateful and thankful to them helping me in such a way that they'll never know. I plan to go back to that Panera Bread to speak with their Manager personally, simply just to thank them for operating their establishment like a well oiled machine. I unfortunately will definitely not be visiting this McDonald's ever again nor would I recommend it to others. Their food service was great but overall professionalism was poor at best. Thank you so much Panera Bread for setting such an exceptional example of how to conduct business in the simplest of ways and for saving my job opportunity. Be better...
Read moreThe drive thru line was incredibly long and I tried to be understanding about that as I was there to get breakfast and waited patiently. Two cars away from the speaker the menu switches to lunch right on the dot. Okay, I’m assuming that’s automated. I pull up in LESS THAN A MINUTE after that and ask if I can still get the breakfast item I was there for and the girl on the speaker says “We are now serving lunch” I calmly say that I just watched the menu switch moments ago after waiting in line so the car ahead of me could get it but I could not- was there any items left from breakfast since it was just under a minute. I was willing to order whatever might have been leftover in that 60 SECONDS after the menu switch to which this girl repeats- no, we only have lunch. I worked this exact McDonald’s years ago, I assure you items did not VAPORIZE on the dot. If it was even 5 minutes after the menu changed I would understand but to see the car in front of me order breakfast items and I not be able to in a one minute span is ridiculous, especially since the only reason I was there until the menu changed was because the drive thru line was so long and going so slow. I chose not to order and will not return to this location, it’s not worth it and there are plenty of others to choose from. I’d rather drive further to get a better experience. Instead, the one on 79th & Lorel is amazing and definitely...
