Culver’s — Restaurant in Worth Township

This was the worst experience i've ever had at a culver's. I stopped to get my grandson four chicken tender Value basket. When they brought the food to the table there was one barbecue sauce container normally i've always gotten 2. Didn't think much of it figured I'd go back up and get the other one when my grandson Needed it. When I Went to the front counter to get another barbecue sauce container, A very nasty response was given to me that we don't have anymore we ran out!! I said wow that's unusual So we received the last barbecue container? No response I went back to the table to inform my grandson That they were out of barbecue sauce. Unfortunately he is a very picky eater. I'm not proud of that but he could not finish his meal because of the lack of barbecue sauce. After paying almost thirteen dollars for fourteenders a fry and a drink I felt kind of sure changed. As I was sitting there I noticed them bringing out another tray of food and there was a barbecue sauce container on it. As he was returning I asked him I thought You were out of barbecue sauce? No response just looked like a deer cough In headlights look!! I went backup to the counter and Asked the same individual that told me they were Out of barbecue sauce? Excuse me but you're not out of barbecue sauce? May I please have another container. I was completely ignored by emai even told him I will pay for it!!!! No response just ignoring me!!!!! I will never frequent this Culver's establishment as long as I live.!!!!!! This location. Used to be a fantastic place to go now it's terrible!!!!! I will make sure to tell every person that I know including the nine hundred thousand people that follow my reviews to never frequent this...

I absolutely luv Culver's ....excellent food... very friendly staff...I only have one teeny tiny complaint...when a person orders their dinner...and they get takeout to bring home to eat...it is very frustrating when the place they order from...forgets to give them...even a small item... I only order the same thing every time I go here...their battered cod fish...and sometimes other fish if it may be in season...the fish is so excellent...it compares to the restaurants I used to go to when I lived in Florida...that were right by the docks...and the restaurants would buy their fish right from the boats... That is how good Culver's fish is to me..and my hubby always gets the double butter burger...he says it is totally fantastic... That is why saying anything negative about Culver's breaks my heart...but they should be a bit more diligent to make sure the employees r giving their customers everything they ordered... They did not give me my coleslaw...it was very disappointing...for a fish fried dinner without the coleslaw...not the same.. Other than that...everything on their menu is totally delicious...cheese curds...their custard...so very very yummy...I unfortunately cannot indulge in those items anymore...due to dairy intolerance...but that is ok...they have plenty of yummy stuff on the menu...and oh...the tartar sauce they give u to go with that fish is very delicious too...defenitely give this place a try...i.will be back again soon...for another yummy codfish dinner...and the hubby will be eating his double butter burger and fries...I like the fries too...haha...I guess I will just remember to check my bag for...

Culver's always been one of my favorite places even though I don't eat meat but I love their butterfly shrimp dinner that comes with a dinner roll with butter, 6 crispy fried butterfly shrimps with cocktail sauce, Cole slaw and fries. It is absolutely delicious. My hubby got the 3 piece fried cod fish dinner and my little guy got their delicious double Swiss cheese mushroom burger with fries and they both enjoyed it. We also got the scoop of the day which was the chocolate Caramel twist and that was fantastic!

This particular Culver's is absolutely amazing. Super clean and the staff is phenomenal. April and Joseph is super friendly and soooo nice.

They were out of ketchup and Joseph immediate refilled it and when I thanked him, he was polite and friendly.

April helped me with my order and not only she is knowledgeable, she was patient and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time.

An elderly customer who had trouble walking to the booth with a cup of piping hot coffee, April walked the elderly customer carrying her coffee for her. And treated the elderly customer with respect. Talk about great service! 10 out of 10 stars just by witnessing this alone. Above and beyond for sure!!!...
