Sometimes, we have to make a hard decision. Do I stop at a fast-food joint and get a quick bite and be hungry later, or do I stop at a restaurant to get a meal and be full afterward? As I drove for three minutes, I couldn't help but notice the number of fast-food restaurants that popped up along the way. It's concerning to see so many of them clustered together, which makes me wonder if their placement is deliberate and aimed at harming people's health or if it's just a matter of profit or both 🤔 Nevertheless, I think that is not the purpose of your visiting this review, so let me get down to the nitty-gritty of things. Sadly, they charge you five dollars for any payment made to your card. Moreover, the meals were warm, and the customer service was excellent, but the taste was okay. On a scale of four out of five, I would give it four overall and an average of four. I have had many different Chinese foods, and I think Chinese food on the city's southeastern side is far more distasteful than on the North side. However, this new Chinese Express would be among my top five best Asian restaurants on the southwest side, but it is undoubtedly not in my top three. However, it was a good meal, and you can stop by to verify my hypothesis.

Food is good but service is horrible. It was only my second time being in here and I wasn’t sure what choices they had so I had questions. Whoever was attending me had a heavy accent (which I don’t mind as long as they are also patient with me) and a mask on so I couldn’t understand anything. When I accidentally asked for the wrong thing she rolled her eyes and said something to her coworker because I didn’t understand her the first time. Keep in mind I was the only person in the restaurant and she was also rushing me like if I was holding up a line. Sucks that service was horrible because the food is good but definitely won’t be coming back if that how you treat your customers.

The bourbon and orange chicken were really good. They were not over cooked and had the right amount of moisture/juice. They also have really good crab rangoon they cook fresh when you order them. The chow mein on the other hand was over cooked. Maybe because it sits under the heating lamp for so long without any moisture. Definitely only ate 25% of what I had in my tray. Even with putting soy sauce on them I could not eat them. Probably the worst chow mein I've eaten from any Chinese restaurant.

While this place has good quality and decent priced food The employees are unprofessional and rude. The last few times I’ve gone in not even for food but to order smoothies. On 3 occasions they did not have tapioca so I just got regular smoothies. But this last time I went in, on top of once again not having tapioca, they had 3 people working behind the counter & when my turn came and I ordered my smoothies and waited and waited… not one of the three employees started my order but they kept moving along to customers who were after me and started making their orders and checking them out. After five minutes I politely reminded them that I was waiting on 2 smoothies and waited 5 more minutes and still not 1 employee had started to make my order. So I politely said to one woman “it’s ok. Thank you. But cancel my order.”(not a big deal since I still haven’t even been rang up, right?..no) I began to walk out when the employee began shouting at me… I told her Idk why she was yelling at me for not wanting to wait any longer when I ordered only 2 smoothies over 10 min ago and instead of completing my order they completed several orders that were placed after mine. She was non apologetic and continued to yell at me as I walked out. What an...

They have two separate types of plates you can get the first one is you get one side which is rice whether it's white rice chicken fried rice beef fried rice shrimp fried rice vegetable fried rice and then you get two options of different types main course sweet and sour chicken teriyaki and so on and then they have the other one that comes with the rice also and three different types of meats/ main course whatever you want to call them the food is good however as far as all of the chicken goes it's pretty much all bourbon chicken just with a different sauce on it except for the orange chicken that's the only one that I seen was breaded and wasn't bourbon chicken so I would recommend the one located by 55th and State I want to say right across from the expressway by the checkers in the little Wall Street you get more for your money way more portions in better food but if you're out in oak lawn and you're looking for something similar to it that's the place you would go to is...
