I had been wanting a funnel cake sundae sense I seen it on WGN NEWS it looked so delicious. I'm diabetic so I had to cut alot out but I got the funnel cake with ice cream, hit fudge, and cool whip. What I got was a cold hard funnel cake the ice cream wasn't even melting. I had eaten the ice cream first when I got to the funnel cake I was very disappointed. I told the guy at the counter and he said he made it fresh I responded no that was not fresh I know what a fresh funnel cake taste like. VERY DISAPPOINTED Especially for paying $9 for it

I've been going to Premo's my entire life so I might be biased but I think they have the best soft serve around! I love a twist cone with chocolate sprinkles. Don't forget the eyes! They added some retro booths inside and it looks great. They should put back up all of the old photos of the place though. I love the vintage charm. I wish someone would repaint the wall of penguins. Buy the paint and I will do it! Seriously.

The ice cream my kids got they said were delicious. I loved the mix matched seating area they have outside which is where we sat. I was disappointed that when we went the doors weren't open so we couldn't try any food.

Ice cream is always great, service is fine, i just wonder why the staff doesn't give us constant prices . this is just happened recently by August ,one day i got a large twist @ $5 , the next day i got the medium @ $5 , the other day i got the sundae at $4 then then by the next week i got same sundae @ $7 , got banana split @ $7 then the next day i got them @ $9 , looks like the prices depends on who's staff is serving you, they seem like charging you on how much they want ?? management should be aware of this . drive thru windows are too narrow they dont have other windows for picking up food . so the window they using for getting order is the same window where they serves customers order , which makes the narrow space...

I left this restaurant disgusted. We ordered their chicken tenders and a burger. The chicken tenders were raw!!! My toddler was about to bite into them when I decided to cut them for her and saw they were raw! And the burger meat tasted like rubber. I couldn’t risk eating here as I’m pregnant and don’t want to get food poisoning or something worse. Very disgusting!!! On top of that, the restaurant was dirty inside. There was food on the floor and food crumbs/residue on the tables. The employees don’t wear gloves or any sanitary wear. I've been coming here for 50 years!! Best soft serve ice cream around!! Gotta LOVE the eye ball candies theyput on your cone!
