Slice Factory - Evergreen Park — Restaurant in Worth Township

had a fantastic experience at the restaurant recently! The pizza was fresh from the oven, and you could really taste the difference—absolutely delicious. It was also my first time trying their wings, and they were surprisingly good! Miguel, one of the staff members, was very kind and brought the food to our table promptly. His friendly demeanor really added to the experience. Mark, who I’ve interacted with before, continues to be the best! I always enjoy talking to him; he makes every visit feel welcoming and pleasant. We only come here after my son’s pediatric appointments, and it has become a little tradition that we both look forward to. I’m also really excited to meet the owner, as I’ve heard he’s Italian, just like me. This place never disappoints, both in terms of food and service....

Placed an order for slices and salad.....it is understood that during the difficult times of COVID some establishments try to recoup lost business by temporarily raising or adding charges to customers but to not disclose a charge like this when ordering or placing a sign on the door/on the wall/or at register when ordering or verbally stating this at time of order or pick up is of poor practice, and deceptive. It was not until coming hone I looked at receipt. The store owner was contacted and was made aware of my upset but did not do anything. Was uncaring and dismissive.....left feeling robbed.

Will not rfreeuent this establishment for its mediocre...

Should've listened to the other 1 star reviews. Spent over $50 and it was a total waste of money. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni calzone amongst other items. I guess their definition of sausage is actual links of Italian sausage sliced. On top of that there wasn't 1 piece of pepperoni in the one half of it. It was all on the one side. To make matters even better, it wasn't even fully cooked. The outside crust was crispy as it should be. Beyond that it was a sloppy uncooked doughy mess. Didn't even finish it. What you see in the picture is as far as I made it. Threw the rest away. Now we know for next time, go...
