Starbucks — Restaurant in Worth Township

The staff is clueless and overwhelmed in addition to cold and unfriendly. The service inside the restaurant is terrible. I waited over 30 minutes for a cup of hot coffee. This would involve sticking a cup under the hot coffee machine and pressing 2 buttons. After 33 minutes I was given a cup of hot water. It'd be obvious to a 5 year old that the cup was filled with water, not coffee. When I brought the cup back to the counter it took another 10 minutes for the staff to realize they needed to add more coffee beans to the machine and remake the coffee. This location has the new, idiot-proof hot coffee machine. Even with Fisher-Price level machine functionality the staff couldn't deliver a cup of coffee. Based on my observations this reflects the general level of intelligence and motivation among the staff at this location. The restaurant was filthy, we had to thoroughly wipe off our table and chairs before we sat down. It also smelled bad and was swarming with flies inside. It took some time but we stumbled into the armpit of Starbucks. Thank goodness we were only visiting for a wedding, not local residents, so we'll never need to go back there again. A truly dismal...

This location had served me well every day for 2 months but then things started slipping. Last night, I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked for a "medicine ball" which doesn't appear on the menu but is a common drink they serve there which consists of two types of tea, steamed lemonade, hot water and honey. I was informed that they were out of one ingredient... I believe it was honey. Normally that would be it for me to ever patronize a place again who runs out of ingredients, but I went the next night and the next night after that....still no honey. Went back the next week and they were able to successfully make my drink. I ordered almost every night that week but then went the following week after that and I was informed that they were out another ingredient....one of the teas. That was it for me. I never did return to this Starbucks again after that. I did try one other Starbucks since then and they also had and ingredient missing which I think was the lemonade this time. I was hooked on Starbucks for quite some time but after all of this nonsense, I started making...

I come to this Starbucks all the time it’s the one in the neighborhood. But, it seems like more and more this Starbucks is getting rude by the second.

Every time I come in around 8pm the staff is always rude. You have that one person on drive trying to do the front and the drive while the other people just disappear to the back.

Then you walk in and you just standing their for the better part of 2 to 3 minutes before anyone greet you, but they all walking passed you.

I just waited almost 20 minutes for a drink then I had to go back and ask if they forgot about my drink.

Funny thing is I was standing in the place where you wait to get your drink and no one said anything...

True, the lady on drive was super busy but everyone else was just going back and forward chatting on their headsets.

Then after asking if they forgot about me I was ask what was my drink I told her then she appeared to have an attitude.

No, sorry or anything. It’s time for me to find a new Starbucks or I need to just come in on day shift where the staff is awesome.
