Omg this is the worst starbuck I ever went and sadly is the closest one to my house... I came yesterday ( February 23th 2019 around 9pm. This is the second time I get my starbuck for this day. Order the same exact order but from different place and my bill came to $9 with some cent. Im a gold card holder, order the same exact order for the past 20 years bt my bill never get to $9 for the venti green tea frapucino with 2% milk and 7matcha schoop And mocha drizzle. I asked the african american lady (the barista) if she over charged me and she said yes this place charger for extra matcha schoop. I told her that I just order the same exact order this afternoon from starbucks in evergreen park plaza and they only charge me $6.42 and also I get the same exact order few days ago from ur location and my bill is $6.42. Im curious something fishy about this barista I tried to place an order via app and GUEST WHAT MY BILL IS $6.42. So after 15minutes wait I get my order and unfortunately they make my order last, idk why maybe because im the only asian that looks poor in the line so i feel discriminate. And they messed up my order. Only asked for mocha drizzle and the barista blend my matcha with the mocha and when I asked to remake my order the african american lady said “ohh don’t worry is still taste the same instead of apologized and make the new one. This is really bad customer Service and over charged the customers. For all the customers at this starbuck inside target please beware and check ur bill. Make sure u pay for what u asked for.
