Wendy's — Restaurant in Worth Township

As of October 4th 2022 we visited the Wendy's at 111th and Cicero in alsip Il. We ordered two double cheeseburgers that were charred beyond belief, I've never seen burgers like this they were charred black beyond belief there was no taste left to them no juiciness they were dried out, and that's for the fries what happened to the hot fries that they're always talking about and we went through the drive-thru as soon as I started having a couple of fries when we pulled away from the drive-thru they were not hot and they were actually stale as if they were old fries or not cooked right. The chicken sandwiches were fine but what's with this small piece of lettuce that's even smaller than the one tomato they put on the sandwich? Plenty of lettuce on the double cheeseburgers but what's with this mini size piece of lettuce that the tomato was actually bigger than. But the charred burgers totally are unjustified. And trying to call the phone number there but it rings and then goes to a fax dial tone. So may have to go in personally. I've visited many other Wendy's and got nothing but a juicy burger just like the picture on the board juicy tender delicious. and with the complaints I've seen on this place I don't understand why corporate Wendy's isn't doing anything about it. Just look at the complaints on this place. Now for me the people were nice I had no problem with them they're always cordial and courteous to me. It gets a little crazy in there but all in all they're good people but the food tremendously horrible. Now I've yet to go to complain to them because it's in the morning time now. But still trying to call someone there this morning....

The employees here might be the laziest people to ever walk the face of the earth. I’ve gotten food from this Wendy’s twice and both experiences were ridiculous. Both were mobile orders for drive through pickup. First time they told me to pull over to the mobile pickup parking and they’d bring my food out to me when it was ready. Took about 20min before I went inside to ask where the food was and they hadn’t even started making it yet. Stood there for another 10min as all the employees were on their phones. Eventually the manger walked by and I asked he what was taking so long. She asks the employee and he says I didn’t tell anyone I had arrived to pick up the order. She makes the order as they all continue to sand around not working. Avoided this place for 6months after that. The second time same thing with “pull over and we’ll bring it out to you” despite there being no one in line behind me. This time I have my toddler and infant kids in the car so I couldn’t get out to go in after 15min I pull around to the window and ask what is happening. The girl says “I just got here so I don’t know why your order is not ready. Pull over there and we’ll bring it out to you. I pull back over wait another 10min and pull back up to the window. She says I need to pull back over and I refused and said I’d wait for my food at the window since no one was in line. Within 5 seconds they were handing the food out to me saying “well most people just come inside for their pickups.” Food was stone cold. Must have been made when I first pulled around and just sat on the counter waiting for me to come it to grab it despite them saying multiple times they’d...

I placed a mobile order 25 minutes ago. Got here and waited in line fo quite a while. I watched numerous cars pull off after speaking to whoever's at the drive-thru. The girl working is an absolute nightmare and honestly shouldn't be working in food industry. She is not a nice person and has a nasty attitude. I am still currently waiting for my food as I'm writing this review. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I had ordered. Do not waste your time coming here. Stereotypical people working or should I say lack of working? Literally trying to make this the worst place possible so people don't come here. I don't understand how it's still open. It's off Cicero a busy road right by the highway. This business should be booming and instead you have lousy people that hate their lives and take it out on innocent that are just trying to grab their family a bite to eat. Honestly pathetic and do better.

I forgot to add it's an online order. It told me it was ready so I left my house to come get it. So why am I waiting 20 minutes and still waiting in my car for an order that's...
