Whitney's — Restaurant in Worth Township

Was at the Hilton for a continuing education course and when we broke for lunch at 12:00 I went straight here from the conference room down the hall. Was seated right away but didn't interact with another staff member for 10 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries thinking it would be on the faster side of service. I was mistaken. After asking for water I did not receive I asked twice about the status of my order to no answer from two servers and at 12:50 I walked out and went to a nearby fast food place as my class resumed at 1:00. A medium rare burger should not take 50 minutes to still not be served during a lunch service where 20% of the tables were empty and half of the restaurant was at the buffet. Very poor service all around and I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're planning to...

We were at the Hilton for a medical conference. You would think knowing there were several conferences going on there would be more than two servers working, but there were only two. Luckily for the staff, very few of us decided to eat there, and we were the only group in the bar. We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and had to ask the hostess for a server. Ten minutes after that we got drinks. Twenty minutes after that everyone in the group received their food except me. Five minutes after that the hostess checked on us and I asked for my food. Five minutes after that I finally received my food. We observed several health code violations at the buffet and in all it took an hour and ten minutes to receive 4 tacos, a hunk of cheese, and a mushroom. Absolutely horrible service. Food was...

The service that I received Sunday was the worst service I have ever had... Sunday Brunch ......First of all, the food was cold and it took 20 minutes for the server to come over. Then She took my drink order that was another 15 mins.There was a party of 17 of us... After I informed the manager "THAT ALL THE HOT FOOD WAS COLD" eggs, meats and soup.. Also it was unsafe to eat cold food the manager asked me and my party to leave. I informed her that I was still waiting on 3 other people to come and I would leave once my guests arrived..... endless to say she had all the water remove off the table.
