Montejo's Cookhouse — Restaurant in Wyoming

This place is awesome. Got the Cuban Pizza, and it's so good. The crust is so buttery and soft, yet with a little bit of a cheesy crispy edge. Could be a little more sauce on the pizza, but not really necessary. The service is amazing, they make you feel like family when you come up to order. And being able to sit in the bus to eat is so fun. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed. And the pricing is great. One of the pizzas is more than enough...

The Hawaiian pizza is super delicious 😋! All of the ingredients tasted flavorful and fresh. I love the soft but toasted crust with the tasty burnt cheesy edges!!

I also love that they provide a air conditioned bus to sit in while you wait/eat. There are some board games and plenty of seats to come with friends.

I highly recommend stopping by for a taste of Cuban style pizza! 🍕
