I stopped in to your location in wyomissing on Tuesday, April 1. Below are the photos of the turkey and the Italian hoagies that I received. The buns were hard as a rock and nearly inedible. As you can see, there was very little filling in the hoagie as well. These were the most disgusting hoagies and after a few bites went right in the trash. I would have taken them back but I didn’t discover this until I was home and 30 minutes away. I usually frequent the primos in st Clair (schuylkill county). They are always full and delicious. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Wyomissing. This location is in an up and coming area and I can tell you, if local customers receive this poor quality, I would not expect them back. P.s. the subs were $33 after I added a tip to the preparer, before knowing the condition they were in. I’m sure you would agree based on these photos, this was not worthy of the $16 price per hoagie.

Primo Hoagies is a franchise sandwich shop that just opened here in Berks County, Wyomissing, PA. The food is excellent! You can choose from three different sizes. A small, primo or a whole sandwich. The small comes on a seedless bun, the primo comes on a seeded bun as well as the whole. They have several different sandwiches on the menu, sells Herr’s brand chips and Pepsi products. They also have their own branded Primo chips which taste just like an Italian sandwich. This was my first trip to this location and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a sandwich to come here. If you never had a Primo Hoagie before, after your first bite you will never want another hoagie from anywhere else! They are delicious and I’m so happy that we now have one local!

Primos Hoagies is one of the only places I've ever seen that has eggplant available for hoagies. If you love veggies, are vegetarian, or vegan - there are some amazingly flavorful options to have a great meal. There's a great vibe with the staff and owners and the employees that I communicated with were very friendly and helpful. The pricing is above what you would pay in some other spots but you get what you pay for. The ingredients and flavor are great. I got the veggie diablo without cheese and all the veggies. ❤️

If there was a possible way to give negative stars I would. One of the guys was wiping his snot with gloves he was using to make sandwiches. The lady who attended me at the counter was extremely rude and gave attitude. All she did was yell and humiliated her employees. I always request my sandwiches to be cut in half as this is option when ordering on line. I literally heard her yell to the employees and instruct them not to cut them in half. We she tossed me my order I asked if it was cut. She shouted I can’t I’m too busy. Must be real difficult to make a single motion and slice a hoagie. Btw don’t even give me the automated response of “we appreciate your feed back blah blah blah”. If you appreciate my feedback so something about it. Whatever happened to the nice gentlemen with all the president tattoos who ran this establishment with a smile and great service? Whoever this lady was needs a reality check. Never again. I use to praise this place. I would NEVER...

Okay well we waited a while but that was because most of the workers seemed like they did nothing but there was the one guy his name was Nick I believe. He was the best and deserves like a raise or something he was amazing and made up for his idiotic coworkers. Like this guy made everything better and you can tell he did his best he deserves like a raise or a promotion or both even honestly, but he was the best worker and like I don’t know his last name but he was great. He practically did everything there because his coworkers seemed to have no idea what they were doing but he did so he did like everything. I’m pretty sure he was like a manager but he did great and he deserves something for how well he handles the stressful environment, especially since he practically handles it alone since as I mentioned his coworkers suck....
