Taco Time — Restaurant in Yakima

The food is good, but disappointed with the male manager. If you use your credit card, make sure your credit card receipt is given to you along with the register receipt and that they match. I didn't do this back in August. After I got my statement, I realized the charge was $10 more on credit card statement than the register receipt I had to cross reference. Brought it to their attention, and he says oh yeh, I remember you, I gave you $10 cash at the time. No, I did not receive it, I said, I would have made a note. He may have done that with someone else. BTW, we all are wearing masks. Besides, wouldn't he have made me sign or initial something to show why more cash was out of the register? Nope, he was sure. I said okay, and could I please have both receipts this time? He says oh yeah. He had to do a reprint. So he must make it a habit not to print the credit card receipt. Then you don't realize until you actually compare receipts with statement, if you have been jipped $10. Wonder how many times he has made that, "MISTAKE" ??????????? Just saying, prevent it...

Food was awful. No one in there minus the employees & my friend and myself. The salad was missing almost everything & the chicken was pea sized little shreds unlike other places we’ve ordered. My food was just unreal. I could have went back & made the food myself. The woman working there said that this Taco Time makes their own items- yet I ordered my typical that I get at any Taco Time. My crispy beef burrito was overcooked yet still greasy. 🤢 Added a taco & there really wasn’t anything on it. Okay- TWO CUSTOMERS! How do you mess everything up but the drinks? Tots were ok- compared to… yet seemed to have been sitting out for the day then reheated. Had to go back 3 times to keep asking for missing items on the salad. Hardly any cheese & was creepier than my picture. 😳 It was around dinner time, completely quiet with no line & everything but the drinks were bad. We got there to order to go inside at 8 30 and the doors were locked. We then went to the drive-thru, barely could even understand since the quality of the sound coming from it was horrible. We ordered and got our food. The tater tots were mushy somewhat warm and greasy unlike the first time I was there and they were perfectly. The burrito was sloppily put together and falling apart on both ends. And by the time we got our food and prior to it but lady at the window was just rude and pushy as if she wanted to get this over with and go home. Very disappointed. I wish it was a Taco Time Northwest. But you only get what you can get when...
