Taco Bell — Restaurant in Yakima

I know late night on a Friday is not the best time for short lines & wait times in the drive thru, but half an hour to advance 3 car links us a bit ridiculous if you ask me. When I gotta the window, they didn't even have my paid online order anywhere. No record of it coming through or anything. They kept asking if I was sure I had the right place & I had to keep telling them yes... they are the only option for pick up in my town at that time. I had to cancel my online order & I could have just ordered at the window but the discount for placing my order online would not apply and part of my order wasn't even available cuz they ran out of potatoes.I don't typically go to this location cuz they are notorious for messing things up & having an attitude when you want it corrected. They never seem to be able to write my name in there remake book and I'm lucky to hang on to the receipt (if I get one) so I have had to "eat" their mistakes many times. Don't advertise this service if you don't hire competent people who know how to right someone's name in a book. Just saying! I won't go here ever again. Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering from this particular Taco Bell. I had a burrito, soft taco, and fiesta potatoes. My usual. The food tasted fine, didn't see any evidence of the bugs or mice as another reviewer mentioned, but I went through the drive thru. However, about half an hour after eating the food I became violently ill. I can't afford to eat taco bell all the time, so I only do it maybe once every 3-4 weeks, but I live in West Valley so I typically get it from the one on 40th or 72nd. Those two have their own problems, whether it's making the food wrong or forgetting several items in the order. But I prefer BOTH of those problems to the issues I had today. Will never ever be going back to this one, and unless you want to have an unfortunate accident I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. So cool story, only been here like twice as we rarely eat fast food, but if you call because you’re missing over half your order and wanted to make sure it’s ready for you when you have to drive allllll the way back into town to get it, don’t expect anyone to answer. The Manager who was there on 8/7/18 around 7:00pm obviously can’t run the place as they can’t even be bothered to answer the phone. I let it ring for 25min for shits and giggles then was hung up on! I’d have driven back there but I’m 45 min away and it’s not worth the gas.
