Had lunch today at one of Yakimaâs newest restaurants: Los Catrachos, serving Honduran food. Service was great. Very helpful with navigating the many choices for first-time customers. LOTS of plantains. The stuffed plantains on the appetizer menu were fun â two full plantains so you will want to share this one. My wife had their chicken pastelitos (similar to an empanada). The Catrachitas come as 3 fried tortillas (basically tostadas) but the queso on top is unbelievable.
