I went to the Starbucks on Nobhill inside of Safeway at 9:58 am and said Good morning to the Barista (Maria D.) as I was approaching the register. She didn’t say Good morning back, or even acknowledge me until about a minute later of me standing there. I ignored it and continued to be polite as I thought she may not be having a Good morning, maybe she didn’t hear me, or maybe she didn’t hear me. Once she got to the register I proceeded to tell her my order and she looked at me dead in the eye for a good 5-7 seconds with a confused and disgusted look and then w a disgruntled tone said “I’ve never heard of that before.” (Still with the same look on her face) 😕My order was a venti iced coffee w vanilla bean powder and a splash of coconut milk. I explained to her what it had inside of it and after some more uncomfortable conversation she ended up making my drink and I was just glad to get it and go. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with any other Starbucks barista at this location or any other location. Starbucks is known to be friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure it’s customers are taken care of. I’ve been going to Starbucks for 10+ years, but after this experience I’ll definitely be making a longer drive in the morning to get my coffee at a different location now. (Although my job is 1 minute from this location) I think the Starbucks manager should have a different employee in the mornings who is polite and can at least fake the funk to represent the company for what...

I came in at 4:45pm on January 23, 2023. I asked for a simple Mango DRAGONFRUIT Lemonade. Not a plain lemonade. I paid like every other customer. When she gave me my drink I asked her what it was because it looked like a plain lemonade. No mango, no dragonfruit just plain white looking drink. Definitely not what I ordered and paid for.
