You walk up to the door, open it and immediately you are overwhelmed by the sweet aroma of fresh baked bread. As you walk up to the counter you are greeted by a smiling face who is eager to make your sandwich just the way you want it. Who is this sandwich wizard you ask? It’s Megan of course. Cute, funny, sweet, and a master of the Italian herb and cheese foot long tuna that is my own personal masterpiece. As your sandwich makes its way down the counter you can’t help but notice the care and attention that goes into it from a person who wants to be the very best at her job. As she begins cutting and wrapping your sandwich at the end of your interaction, you can’t help but feel a tinge of sadness that the experience is coming to an end. You pay and exchange pleasantries, and as you begin to walk to the door, somehow the sadness starts to dissipate just a bit. Because you know that you will be back to see that smiling face that makes that perfect sandwich that from the first bite tastes almost as sweet as the service. You rock Megan! Keep up the great work.
In all seriousness, I’ve always had a great experience here and the workers are awesome. Keep up the good work guys. You truly are the best...
Read moreWent to this subway on a Sunday. Decided not to go to the other ones because they often do not have the cheesecake cookies that I like. The people in front of me ordered the last two cookies that I wanted. (Mind you this was the only reason I came to this particular subway.) I asked him when I got up there if they had more of the cookies and he said no, but we have pretty much every other kind. He said that the opener on Sunday's doesn’t do much. Well the opener on Sunday’s is killing your business. When I checked out, there were only oatmeal, dark chocolate and macadamia. None of which I usually get. The employee was nice, said the day was slow, but mentioned that they did not have tomatoes this particular day. I mean how long does it take to cut tomatoes? Normally I do not take the time to review, but this was pure laziness of the employees and I will not be...
Read moreWe went into this subway with the Sandwich number and name from the online menu before ordering in the restaurant, when I asked for the number 18 the ultimate B.M.T, they had no idea how to make the sandwich! What if I ordered online, would they have made me the wrong sandwich if me as the customer didn’t walk them through how to make it… I feel that I isn’t my job to make the sandwich if I wanted it exactly how it’s made on the menu!
I’m from California, the subways in CA are heaven compared to the crap they call this in Yakima! Soggy, the vegetables taste rotten, the sandwich breaks before even taking a bite!!!!!
All in all poor customer service… terrible food, this is the third time going to this one and the past experiences I had, a young lady and her co-workers made fun of my haircut. Very rude won’t be there again! Learn how to treat people...
