Subway — Restaurant in Yakima

first i think its sad that a certain location does not take part in "thier " own franchise's ads. but when my mom had to walk over to a lady standing in the employee intrance to ask for help the actuall lady working finally saw us a said "she doesnt work here" which is a good thing because she was standing there kissing her boy friend off and on and reaching behind the counter giving her boyfriend a "water" cup which he went and filled with water.so the employee makes our sandwiches being very short and border line rude with us. as we sit eating the other none employee made several trips into the back room and would come out chewing some thing. i hope the owners figure out how much product this employee is giving out to her friends as well as a walmart employee that came in and filled a "sprite" bottle at the fountian pop machine. please to try to think im dumb enough not to notice the bubbles riseing out the top of it where she over filled. to allow employee's friends to hang around and "make out" with thier boyfriends in your lobby show very sad managment. i would strongly suggest you install security cameras and review the tapes. between her friends and the employee's attitude towards my 79 year old mother we will not be stopping for a sandwich there again ever! and will encourage every one we know that shops that walmart to aviod that subway. i really hope you regain control of your store! time of visit was 11:45 am 2/6/2017 oh and tell your closing crew to empty the garbage by the pop machine it was also full to where my garbage was stack out. again...

The crew members are awesome when it comes to customer service, but the manager Kirstan on the the other hand is not only unprofessional but fowl mouthed and lazy. Everytime I am in there shes is doing nothing talking to the friends she has on the Walmart staff. This time she was leaning over the counter chatting with her friend while ignoring the fact that there was line starting to form behind me and her only employee was helping me. After a minute or two the lady behind me got so aggravated that she asked the employee "Can your coworker(the manager) make sandwiches too or does she just chit-chat all day?" The employee awkwardly replied "Sometimes she makes them... shes actually my manager...". After her friend left the manager finally decided to get back to her job and help get the line down. I left the employee a good tip for working so hard but I doubt I...

Rude employees, had to walk out right in the middle of one of the employee making my sandwiches because it was such a big deal asking for what I wanted in my sandwich. Used to work at Subway years ago and I had to ask the customers what they wanted on their subs, but this place doesn't do that and it's a big deal that I asked for some tomatoes, really?? There was no "Hi" or "Welcome to Subway, what can I get for you?" Or anything as I walked in here. Geez ... must of been a bad timing coming here, but will not come back since they have such rude...
