Crave Coffee — Restaurant in Yakima

I have recently become a regular customer of this coffee place. Over the years, the quality of the coffee served has gone significantly up. While I cannot speak to the rest of these coffee establishments, this one in particular has been serving incredibly delicious coffee within the past year. The people who work here are always helpful and professional. I usually request light ice, and unlike most other places where I ask for the same (Looking at you, Rush) and it's never honored. The service is always fast, and the baristas have so far been professional in every respect. I attempted to try this place out as I have yet to do so and someone was just telling me about them this past wknd. However, I spent 8 min in the drive thru this morning (@7:40) and my car had only moved ONE space - there were still at least 3 cars ahead of me. A car came in behind me and then backed out (tired of waiting too, I would assume) so I backed out as well. Once I started backing out, the truck in front of me did as well. So 3 cars literally left due to the slow service. I came to check out the reviews and see 2 other reviews making note of their extremely slow service. I've come here off and on for the last year when Dutch bros lines are bigger than normal and they used to be up to par with my standards. As of these last few months it's been progressively getting worse as non of the employees seemed to get my drinks right which ticks me off cause there prices are outrageous and the lines take twice as long as Dutch bros which if you know have almost triple the amount of cars. Don't usually complain but my last 2 experiences made me wanna reach out and let people know that this is not a stand I'd recommend let alone company that deserves 4.5 stars, at best it's been a 3...
