I always choose dutch over any coffee shop if it's in the area. I have never had issues with dutch. I love thier customer service is usually always on point. However when I visited the yakima location recently they where less than on point. The lady taking our order couldn't get it right. She had to repeat it several times to get it right. Then when we got to the window the gal there asked us if 3 different orders where ours. They weren't. When she finally did get our order she repeated it as we had ordered it. I ordered an iced Carmel eggnog with extra Carmel and picture perfect. My daughter ordered a blended pumpkin spice no coffee. . . I ended up with an iced pumpkin spice and she got a Carmel eggnog blended. She stayed content but when I went up to get my drink corrected the guy at the window gave me attitude. Tuesday, I was running errands and went to the Northside location but unfortunately my drink was made wrong after repeatedly saying my drink several times to the employee, it wasn't until I drove off that I noticed; by that time I was near the west valley location. After waiting in line for a few minutes the employee asked me what I was having, I mentioned what happened, instead of apologizing she immediately replied, " no, we cant fix your drink policy states that whichever location you purchased it has to fix it. But just wondering if people can be given a warning about getting your drinks and trying to drive out before reaching the window? My brain cells were in the process of depleting and I got my drinks before reaching the window. The staff member exchanged her formal reply of thanks for coming, and have a nice day, which I replied back to. I had my drinks and got my wheels turned to go around the car in front of me and started driving, only to go over the curb divider for the drive through đ.
