Panda Express — Restaurant in Yakima

We’ve had wrong orders just about EVERY TIME we’ve tried to stop by this location. Tonight, we went and ordered dinner thru the drive through because we got a coupon in the mail. They repeated my order and I made sure to request the fortune cookies because they have forgotten them the last two times. I checked the bag to make sure the cookies were there, and although we ordered two BOWLS they were in two boxes so I couldn’t see what was in them. There were enough cars behind me that I gave the store the benefit of the doubt. We got home and our two bowl orders were wrong. We called and the store manager apologized and said she would leave replacements at the front so my husband could pick them up. (I’m 6m pregnant and was not going to drive back again.) When my husband arrived they tried to give him a small side of the entrees they had messed up. He was told that he should have brought back both of the incorrect meals and that they can’t just give him free meals and that they always repeat back the orders- my receipt he had showed what we ordered, and what we had received was NOT that. The manager NEVER said to bring back the incorrect orders. My husband had taken one of the boxes just to prove it was wrong and had left the other one at home. They argued with him as I listened on speaker phone, and told him “the next time this happens just bring it back without taking any bites”. He took a bite to see if it would be decent enough to just keep it and not have to go through the trouble of complaining and taking it back! The fact that the manager even assumed it would happen again was absolutely ridiculous. Without better staff and management I would not recommend visiting this...

This is the last time I'll be visiting this location...maybe even PE in general. This review will be over the last TWO visits i had at this location: The CS was terrible, rude snotty and down right unprofessional. Placing my order in the drive thru felt as if I was disturbing them from whatever conversation was going on before I pulled up to order. Just kept rushing me to pull forward before I was done placing my order [ there are several was of asking if your order is complete and/or if there is anything else you'd like to order, not this individual. All about this is your total, pull forward ]. The 2nd visit when this exact thing happened I just stopped ordering and paid, half the people I was picking up for didn't get PE for their meal. The food, oh my goodness, the food 🤦🏼‍♂️ I get that woks need a bit of oil to fry the noodles in, but when there is literally two tablespoons of oil in the bottom on the container that is excessive. The rice was bland and luke-warm which is nasty due to food born illnesses. And the place was dirty the 2nd time when I went in to complain about the WRONG entrées being in both the dishes I ordered and mention I needed two more. However, after seeing what the state of restaurant looked in; I just turned and left. For what their prices are now absolutely not worth what I got. I'd rather go to Safeway and get their overpriced...

I ordered online for a pick up time 35 minutes later at 4pm. I got there and they hadn't even started making my order, but were making orders for drive thru and people that came in after me. I went to ask why the wait she said we were waiting on the 4 apple pie egg rolls, I said ok. She then started making my order at 4:13 pm leaving it all to get cold on the counter until 4:21 when she gave it to me. I get all the way home to realize the apple pie egg rolls were not even in the bag. I watched her make them but have no clue where she put them. So I call the restaurant and she says we'll my employee assure they're in there. I repeated they are not and told her the whole order and asked for my money back. She said she can't do that unless I drive to the store, so I did and when I got there she said the only thing she could do was give me the egg rolls. At this point, my family was already at home eating as I drove back and forth and didn't even get the egg rolls or a refund. The girl doubled down in the store with accusing me of stealing the egg rolls. So I left the store and called corporate who said they would refund the egg rolls but never really apologized. I don't get the money to eat out often and this made it horrible. I still never got the stupid...
