If I could give 0 stars I would. We’ve gone twice now and both times were equally as bad. We went at 5:45p expecting it to be busy as it was dinner time. They had a handful of tables full but it wasn’t packed. No one greeted us when we walked in, we finally seated ourselves. After 10 mins someone came and dropped menus, another 10 mins passed and she took our drink order. We said we were ready for food but she said “I’ll be back for that”. 15 mins passed and she came with our drinks (1 water, 1 beer) and took our order at 6:28p. I wanted the low carb burger because it had avocado and none of the other burgers did, so I asked for that but with a regular bun instead of lettuce wrapped, they charged me $1 for a bun but she didn’t tell me there’s an up charge for getting a bun. Husband got a chicken wrap. 3 couples were seated (at diff tables) after we ordered our food and got burgers, chicken strip basket, and what looked like a French dip. They got their food before us even though we also just had a burger and a chicken strip in a wrap. It was now 7:15p so I was staring at the place the food comes out, my burger was sitting in the warmer until 7:48p. Patty dry, fries cold, lettuce warm, no condiments on the burger, added onion even tho I asked for them to not. There was one chicken strip in each half of my husbands wrap, he said it wasn’t very good. I ate 1/4 of my burger because it was so dry. Waiter came back and asked how it was (also never apologized for the wait) I said it was dry and not warm, she said “oh no” and walked away, didn’t apologize. Spent $56 for 1 coors, 1 chicken wrap, and 1 burger. Did not tip. We had the heavier girl. There were two girls working the tables and bar and they both looked like they hated their job. There was a guy serving as well and he did seem to be quick and happy but he wasn’t in our section. I will not go back here and won’t recommend them. Got there at 5:45p and got food at 7:50p. We should’ve gotten...
Read moreI'd like to start by stating, this was my own experience and do not wish to post slander.
Went for dinner at 7 pm, sat at a table for four in the middle of the restraunt. Though chairs were pushed in and table had been cleared of plates and cups; the chairs had pieces of burger patty on them and the table had not been wiped down. After wiping down the table myself, a waitress kindly brought two menu to the table and apologetically stated she would immediately bring an additional two menu.
After waiting a minimum of 20 min (6:50 - 7:10 pm), having the same waitress walk past our table multiple times to take requests from other patrons that had sat down after us, not being provided the additional two menu or even offered a glass of water; myself and three family members kindly stood, pushed our chairs in and left.
I understand waiting tables at night is chaotic. Not every experience is perfect. Customer service is never 100%. However, basic cleanliness and hospitality are crucial to a business' success. Tonight, I would give a one star rating. Based on my two previous meals at this establishment, I feel a two star rating is adequate. The two previous meals I had tried were satisfying, but not worth the price.
Again, this has been my own experience. I encourage all to try this establishment for themselves before passing judgement. But tonight was strike three. When Google prompted my cell phone for a review, I took the time to state my dissapointment in hopes the current staff might refocus efforts. I hope your experience is much more pleasant...
Read moreOpen late on Sunday nights! If its past 8 and you are in West Valley looking for some good eats you have some very limited options beyond the nearest gut bomb producing franchise. Warehouse West was really a pleasant surprise!
I had spent 15 minutes driving around looking for a food joint that would have a restuarant dining experience and found nada. Sunday at 830, everywhere I would normally look is closed up for the night. We stumbled by this while checking on Los Hernandez. Imagine our delight!
A spacious establishment with adorned with the definition of the Yakima Valley, relics and key pieces of the Apple Industry. Beyond the Valley appeal, a pool table and arcade are included as well!
Unfortunately we were only looking for a small bite and only stick with the appetizers, skewered shrimp an the atomic wings they were delicious! Though we left full and satisfied we could help but feel as if we missed out on the entrees!
Last thing I want to note is we our server only added to the experience in the most positive of way, mindful of our needs with gentle charm.
I will come hungry next time and look forward to another...
