I was excited to go in today for my first time. Unfortunately the employee with the curlyish hair today was the WORST!! Very rude about everything. You shouldn't hire people like that, it's how you lose business. She didn't give me my receipt either so who knows how much she charged me for what I got. The behavior with your employee should change!! She acted as if she was in a rush and there was not many people there. I can't believe you would hire people with that kind of attitude. I was looking forward for this place because of all the great things I've heard. But very disappointed with how you're employee treated me and my daughter today. My daughter is 5 and she knows how to have great manners and treat people right. The other employee was wonderful. Although she was doing most of the job that the other employee was making her do, while she stood there doing nothing. That ain't teamwork I feel sorry for her. You should really check for yourself how that one rude employee is with customers. I lost the excitement of going in to...

This review is for their custom cake buying experience. 1 star because although they have a sign hanging on the little custom order desk that says ā€œthere will be a $50 charge for cancelling custom cakesā€ it’s not made inherently clear and if you miss this detail you are out of luck. We ordered 2 cakes which are insanely overpriced for just fondant in the first place, paid in full over a month out. In under 24 hours I returned to the store to cancel my order with receipt in hand and was told ā€œI don’t know if you noticed but there’s a sign that says $50 will be taken outā€. Really? Would’ve loved to had that been made clear earlier. So she talks to her manager and still keeps the $50. I would understand cancelling last minute and incurring a charge but not in less than 24 hours with a month out I just handed them $50 for literally no reason!!! Absurd. For this reason I will never so much as walk through the door of this business ever again and I will never recommend it to my friends that are always looking for...

This was my first time going in here.it Reminded me of Austin Texas bakeries. Warehouse like inside. very helpful staff. (she took the time to tell us what each type of croissant-donut,pie, roll, cake an baguette Etc... that they have.)So many to choose from. you just grab a tray and a set of tongs, you go around gather what you like and then you take that to the register and she rings you up. The prices are very reasonable, way better than say Krispy Kremes, and so many more choices. They offer espresso with a punch 10 card too. We got the ham and cheese croissants and a few of the muffins different varieties and my husband picked out this great big cinnamon roll about 7 in in diameter. I see they even offer cake decorating classes ( next one is march 9 2019). So I will be back I really think this Bakery is great. it All looked Very yummy, and our croissants were so delicious. And the...

WOW I had the best custard filled donut of my life here. It was the size of my head and ive been dreaming about it ever since. Also had a cheese filled Danish and a croissant that we're all REALLY good and really big. And I paid less than $5. The place is really big, has tables if you want to eat there. You come in, grab a tray and some tong, then just grab whatever you want from the open racks or the cases. The gal working there was really friendly, I asked her a couple times what things were bc some of the pastries were new to me. I live in Seattle and will go here anytime i go back to Yakima. And Al now considering a special trip back just for that custard filled...

This is a really unique bakery. I was visiting from out of town and it was recommended to me for donuts. They have such a wide range of self-serve baked goods that I circled the place about 10 times before making up my mind. The donuts are okay; I thought the textures were a little bit dry, but they're pretty large and not overly sweet. The breads/croissants are very good and noticeably fresh. There are so many things that look appealing, it would take lots of trips to explore everything. The workers are very friendly and the prices are beyond reasonable, so I'd definitely recommend giving Viera's a try!

I had no expectations for this Place. I just did a map search for Donuts. I was a bit confused when I walked in as the protocol on what to do when walking in is not something I had seen before. Pick a tray or box and some tongs and then it essentially is a self serve system. The place is legitimate. Scratch bakery with best croissants I've had this side of France and the donuts were amazing. Out of the 15 or so items we tried, we couldn't find something we didn't devour. This will be a regular stop every visit to Yakima.
