I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Suzanne and T. Foster & Co. In short, if you are looking for that one-of-a-kind, handmade diamond ring for your significant other, stop browsing and go straight to T. Foster & Co. You won't be disappointed.

My fiancée was looking for a particular cut of diamond—rose cut—that is fairly difficult to find, since it's a bit of an antique style. We called T. Foster & Co., spoke with Suzanne and asked if we could meet to look at the following loose diamonds: a round rose cut, an oval rose cut, an emerald cut, and a cushion cut; as we had never seen the rose cut diamonds in person before and we wanted to make sure that we liked them before proceeding.

When we got there, Suzanne presented us with exactly what we had asked to see and was very patient and informative about the qualities of, and differences between each stone. After we decided that we would like to move forward with T. Foster & Co. to design the engagement ring, Suzanne went from great saleswoman into above and beyond territory. She asked my fiancée to go into the showroom while we talked specifics about the ring, so that there would still be an element of surprise, which was something I wouldn't have thought to do on my own and was very much appreciated by both of us.

After settling on materials and general style, I had a second visit where I picked the particular stone I wanted, out of a batch of eight (8) total rose cut diamonds. With general design ideas from both my fiancée and I, the team at T. Foster worked quickly to get me CAD drawings of how the ring would look. After a few back and forth emails we reached agreement on the design and they manufactured the ring.

When we got engaged we looked ALL OVER Philadelphia and New York City for a ring. Nothing appealed to us. I sort of wanted just a simple Tiffany style single diamond on a narrow band setting but Dan didn’t care for quite that level of simplicity. We were signing papers on a house at our realtors office in Yardley and I got bored so I ran next door to look at rings at the shop that was clearly going to be outside our budget, but no harm in looking, right? The store was lovely. All decorated like a fairy tale for Christmas, a warm greeting, perfect lighting for the jewelry and case after case of jewelry I actually liked! Suzanne was such a doll, she assured me there was something for every budget and showed me THE RING. I had to grab Dan and bring him over. He agreed. We had found it, but the center stone was too big for our budget. Suzanne found us the perfect sized stone from her estate collection, right in our budget and we now have a jeweler for life. In our many visits to the shop I fell in love with a multi strand pearl bracelet that has a clasp on it that is crusted with diamonds. Spectacular! Joanne always humored me and let me try it on. Dan had bout me a pearl necklace and earrings as a wedding gift and I always teased him he forgot the bracelet. We moved out of town, but came back for a friend’s wedding and of course I had to stop in and visit. It was during one of their excellent sales and the bracelet ended up coming home with me!
