Subway — Restaurant in Yellowhill Community

Went in for lunch with my children, and a young native man, was yelling at an older lady with a walker and swearing loudly in front of children and seemed inebriated, another employee came in for their shift I assume and took charge of the situation apologizing profusely to all the customers and offering free cookies to the kids and those who had been berated by the young man, the two women who were working with the young man were less than helpful with diffusing the situation, I didn't catch the mans name who came in but I can assume Rosa is not his name as was displayed on his name tag. The fact that you have an employee who comes in and works under the influence and acts in such a manner would be allowed to stay is beyond reason, we have had multiple instances at this restaurant where workers were intoxicated and working, there was a heavier woman who was missing a couple teeth nearly bouncing off the wall and swaying heavily in place and who we could barely understand when she spoke, and there was a short haired woman , who when we brought this up to her she got very angry and started to be very confrontational and rude about us bringing this to her attention and her pupils were dilated as big as quarters, we realize drug abuse is rampant on the res but to hire these individuals to interact with children is unacceptable at any restaurant even if it...

I attempted to pick up some subs togo for my wife and I. I immediately walked out when I found out that they used the same knife to cut every sub they made.(now I understand having only one knife despite being a sandwich shop) but the icing on the cake was not only did they reuse the exact same knife to cut every sub the felt the need to use a wet paper towel to "clean" said knife. I use "clean" lightly because they literally rubbed both sides of the knife and there was still residue from the previous sub. Also the paper towel was dirty from having been used repeatedly. They couldn't even be bothered to actually wash the knife. This is a literal health code violation and a sanitation violation. It sucked!!!!! The blonde girl was rude she doesn't listen to her customers request I told her everything but jalapeño peppers she left off 90% of the veggies I said I wanted, got pissed off when I asked for oii, vinegar and salt pepper and oregano. She even left the mayo and mustard u asked for off. It took her 5 minutes to ring our order up because she started making other sandwiches instead of completing our order. In my opinion she needs to be fired because she sure as Hell doesn't need to work with the public with her attitude!!!!
