First of all Jeff manager of Burger King in Cherokee North Carolina on the way to not treat a customer is the way that you treated me today. It took 10 seconds for you to lose me and my family as customers. 10 seconds of rudeness from you Jeff. I was not going to complain about the dryness from your chicken sandwich Jeff. I was not gonna complain how the fried foods tasted like you had and change the oil in the oil that’s in a long long time.I was not going to complain about how your cherry icy tasted funky. This is the dirtiest Burger King I have EVER encountered! We chose it because we have children and wanted something quick and easy. We entered the bathroom and we were greeted by toilet paper all over the floor, human feces smeared all over the toilet and a roll of toilet paper on the handicap rail and none in any of the holders. I told the cashier who we had watched be Rude to every other customer before us, and to be expected she rolled her eyes and said they'd clean it in second. When we went to find a table we had to search the building to find one that wasn't nasty. The food was slightly under a normal BK but was surprisingly not awful, however we just left, we will see if we get food poisoning later. I checked the bathroom before we left. They had definitely been in, however there was still remnants of smeared feces on the toilet and some paper waste on the floor. I'm shocked they have not been shut down. Chad the I can only assume assistant manager was complicit in the theft of just over 60 dollars from my account. His shift supervisor ran my card 3 times for the same amount. My guess is to pocket the overage from the till at the end of the night. The workers themselves seem very aware of this practice. This location is in a tourist area in Cherokee NC. The staff take advantage of this to fleece customers they assume will not fight back. My back recouped me the money stolen by Chad and co. So I was not at a lose. Chad is a racist and he very clearly wanted to act in a violent manner, If not for all the witnesses and his laughable stature he may have attempted to harm me when I asked for my money back.
