I came in and initially ordered a sandwich which there was a confusion point on and basically it was not ready so I simply ordered another one and stood in line only to go home and find out that the wife paid for the original sandwich. I went back to the next day and talked to the manager with Stephanie who worked it out and spent a little bit of time actually getting a drill down and figuring out what was going on getting the appropriate paperwork et cetera and then I got it. I got the original order filled .
I'm very happy with the time and attention that they took to help me fix the problem and I appreciate your efforts very much !!!!!
The sandwich tasted great ! I am really happy with the product here and I have really high confidence and when I come in, I'm gonna get a good sandwich. It's gonna be tasty to eat.
Thank you,...

Read moreLet me say upfront, there is no sub sandwich better than Jersey Mike’s (“JM”). I tried them all, Subway, Togo’s, Firehouse subs, but when it comes to quality, freshness, and price JM wins hands down and I can’t say enough about the Manager and staff at this location -Just awesome, but there is one thing that puzzles me and that is the cost of a Snicker Doodle cookie. Don’t get me wrong this is a damn good cookie, but $3.25 for one is like paying about $29 a dozen. Yea I know; inflation, transportation costs, California costs, Bidenomics, yea I get it but Corporate this is a little over kill on the dessert side! Don’t worry you’re not going to lose this customer, but I will go to the cookie element across the street to get my Snicker Doodles in the future. ...
