Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Yorba Linda

I came in and initially ordered a sandwich which there was a confusion point on and basically it was not ready so I simply ordered another one and stood in line only to go home and find out that the wife paid for the original sandwich. I went back to the next day and talked to the manager with Stephanie who worked it out and spent a little bit of time actually getting a drill down and figuring out what was going on getting the appropriate paperwork et cetera and then I got it. I got the original order filled .

I'm very happy with the time and attention that they took to help me fix the problem and I appreciate your efforts very much !!!!!

The sandwich tasted great ! I am really happy with the product here and I have really high confidence and when I come in, I'm gonna get a good sandwich. It's gonna be tasty to eat.

Staff had no idea what a portobello philly cheese was then proceed to mislabel our sandwiches. Was around 6:10 pm Wednesday on the 25th all 3 workers were chatting away ignoring our sandwiches while we waited, female worker was flirting with the other 2 workers and an inappropriate comment was made and when they realized we could hear their conversation they hushed up. One male worker walked out mid shift while making our sandwich and came back when he felt like it obviously not on a break. Also played inappropriate music for the workplace while we sat there waiting instead of making our food, an argument was also started between a male and female worker about cleaning and a loud verbal argument started about who’s job it is, shouting at each other while we are in the...

Let me say upfront, there is no sub sandwich better than Jersey Mike’s (“JM”). I tried them all, Subway, Togo’s, Firehouse subs, but when it comes to quality, freshness, and price JM wins hands down and I can’t say enough about the Manager and staff at this location -Just awesome, but there is one thing that puzzles me and that is the cost of a Snicker Doodle cookie. Don’t get me wrong this is a damn good cookie, but $3.25 for one is like paying about $29 a dozen. Yea I know; inflation, transportation costs, California costs, Bidenomics, yea I get it but Corporate this is a little over kill on the dessert side! Don’t worry you’re not going to lose this customer, but I will go to the cookie element across the street to get my Snicker Doodles in the future. ...
