Brenn's Pub — Restaurant in York

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My coworkers and I were visiting from out of town 6 of us all together. The bartender was given me dirty looks and rude from the beginning. We inquired about ordering food she told us kitchen was closed. But then clearly was serving food to the couple other customers that came in. I need to note that they were caucasian and we as a group were not. Out of the 6 of us I was the only caucasian and then I came to find out that when my boss went to order another round, she told him the blonde referring to me was to drunk to be served which was a Blanton lie. So instead of not serving she took his money and served us just juice. I'm a district manager of a company that owns more than 5 stores that gross over 2 million a year and didnt get where I am by being a drunk, I have never in my life been thrown out or told I was to drunk to be served. I was not intoxicated or being loud or anything else that would give someone the conclusion I was drunk. It became clear to all of us that she was being hateful because I was with a group of other races. You would think a business especially one that on a Friday night only had 3 people at the bar would want business and not be clearly racist. Any one visiting from out of town I highly recommend you not waste your time or money...

First time at Brenn's Pub on the recommendation of a friend who said it was a "nice" place. We found no one working behind the bar, and three patrons with drinks. We thought the bar tender took a bathroom break so we waited for maybe ten minutes. Finally one of the patrons yelled " You got customers". Here the barmaid was sitting in a booth the whole time holding a personal conversation. She yelled at us "I'll be there in a minute". We said no, we waited long...

I feel comfortable in my own skin ❣️ The prices are reasonable when it comes to alcohol!! I think the food prices should go down a little bit! But otherwise I like it there 🌹 When you asked how much you spend at the bar I have to say it's all depending on what you buy I guess! I spent $10 to $20 if I don't order food! 🤨So when you ask that question and you only get a certain option to answer that question!! It's no good...
