so i stop going to this place because of all the issue they had but decided i was going to give them another try after about 2 yrs of not eating there. I ordered a burrito and a bowl thru the app when i went to pick up my order they made 2 bowls and no burrito well you think i would have learned my lesson and not go back after that, i didnt!!! I decided to give them another chance last friday night. I went into the store this time and with the pandemic going on everone has to have mask on. well two younster was behind the counter serving with their mask only covering their mouth. so i ask the first young man who approached me if he could pull his mask up over his nose before he handled my food he wasnt too happy about it but did it non the less. when the 2nd youngsters approached i asked him to do the same he more humble and did it. so the 1st youngster who was handling my food had to do my whole order so when he got to wrapping the burrito he wasn't doing it right so i said something to him. He got mad and told the 2nd youngester who came back he needed to deal with me. if i had allowed him to continue wrapping the burrito by the time i would pull the foil off it would fall apart. Read moreI ordered delivery today as I do many days from the West York Chipolte. I ordered through the the Chipolte app shortly after noon. About 12:45 I receive a message that my order has been delivered. But I received no order.
The first time I tried reaching the store I had to call three times before someone even answered. I was told to contact door dash. My order was sitting on the shelf and hadn’t been picked up yet.
Why would I contact DoorDash? I didn’t order from them. I don’t even know who to contact at DoorDash as I don’t have any contact info for them.
After two hours I called the store back to get a refund since my food still hadn’t been delivered. This time I had to call the store six times before someone actually answered the phone. I explained that I hadn’t received my order and I wanted a refund. I was told to contact DoorDash for my refund.
The store refused any assistance. Told me that they had a contract with door dash and I would have to contact them to get a refund. Told me they couldn’t do a refund in the store. My account was charged from chipolte not door dash. I ordered my food from chipolte not door dash.

I had a very negative experience tonight where I arrived to the door at 7:45pm and was turned away because “we are done serving customers for the night and I’m not allowed to let anyone else in.” I told the girl at the door in no uncertain terms I was unhappy and didn’t agree with that. Their posted hours at the restaurant and on Google is 10:45am until 8:00pm…NOT 7:45 or whenever they arbitrarily feel like turning people away. I was very upset at the rude treatment I received…literally having the door shut in my face before the place was even supposed to close for the night.
On top of that, the food quality has been going downhill..fatty steak in the burrito bowls I’ve gotten recently. For the price they charge for their food, this should not be an issue.
