Very unpleasant experience yesterday,I am a die heart ❤️ Chick-fil-A fan. Unfortunately yesterday my experience was horrible. This week I went to this location twice. The first time my experience was awesome like the Chick-fil-A 5 star 🌟 experience, the guy who took my order was very attentive polite and kind everything was perfect as ordered, I also requested the cashier to please make it fresh as we like it super hot. He was very understanding and we sisters had a blasting meal that we enjoyed. However yesterday we requested the same food we also brought one of our friend especially to try the new pretzel bun sandwich 🍔. We requested the cashier to make it fresh he agreed and we paid. But sadly when we received our meal it was not fresh cold buns and barely warm sandwiches fries 🍟 weren’t fresh either. My friends didn’t even wanna eat it, so I went back to ask them to make it fresh as we requested before our order, it was the same cashier he was wearing blue shirt bald man 👨🦲 with blue eyes white beard. I told him these sandwiches are not fresh and are cold, he wasn’t polite he got offensive and told we can’t make fresh sandwiches just two for you guys, it’s probably the lettuce 🥬and tomatoes 🍅 that made your sandwich cold. The cheese 🧀 was also not melted either plus not fresh chicken. I told him this week the other employee with the red shirt he made it fresh it was hot that’s why we came again today. He didn’t even wanted to fix it. His response was this time I will fix my mistake but expect it to be the same next time we can’t make fresh tor our customers everybody pays the same price.
At this point I wanted to return my meal and get the refund but since our friend came from far away and was hungry we didn’t want him to wait more.
He was not happy to resolve something that he told he will make fresh but it wasn’t, if he told me at the time of order that we can’t make fresh for you guys we wouldn’t order. I am never 👎 coming back to this location ever again. Rude people don’t buy us any business.

Read moreI love Chick-fil-A food! I have been eating Chick-fil-A food for quite a long time. The West York Route 30 location has recently undergone a renovation for customers to move more swiftly and efficiently to place their orders and receive their orders and go enjoy some amazing food through their drive-thru process. It was a great decision to do and it makes it even better to get to a great meal from Chick-fil-A a lot quicker! Of course dining inside is still a great experience if you're not on the run and just want to enjoy a nice calm and friendly atmosphere while you are dining inside. The Chick-fil-A employees are absolutely second to none! Through the course of time I've had the pleasure to get to know some of the employees and one of the most kindest and friendliest and most professional employees at this Chick-fil-A location is Rachael. ( I hope I spelled your name right😁) Rachael always greets you with a friendly smile and is very courteous, professional and a major example as to why I am constantly visiting the West York Chick-fil-A location on Route 30 York PA. All of the other employees at this Chick-fil-A location have it down perfect! They know what they're doing compared to so many other fast food restaurants. Read moreI order Chick-fil-A via Doordash at least once a week. Their prices on Doordash are pretty high, but I understand that Doordash is not very financially friendly to their drivers or their restaurants, so I blame Doordash more than Chick-fil-A. Even with the higher prices though, my food from Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS worth it. Chick-fil-A has NEVER messed up any of my orders - whether I go through their drive-thru myself or order via a delivery service. The food is always well made, the condiments and toppings are always right, and they never forget items that I order. This may sound pretty basic, but I order delivery a LOT, and these things are far from basic. You come to expect that every 2nd or 3rd delivery order from a restaurant will be wrong or missing something, but not with Chick-fil-A. They have been 100% reliable, and that's worth an extra couple bucks to me since I'm too lazy to go out of my house to get the food myself.
I'm not sure what this restaurant does to differentiate itself like this. Maybe they pay their employees a decent wage? Maybe they treat their employees better? It's probably multi-factorial. But whatever they do, it works. Everyone working at this restaurant should be commended for doing a great job and for taking pride...
