KFC — Restaurant in York

For $24.49 the 8-pc Tender Meal shown on KFC television ads is very misleading; your ad shows super big tenders stretching side-to-side of a round bucket and what you get are 6-inch at best small dried-up tenders with very little chicken inside buts lots of dried over-cooked cold hard batter on the tenders. The Large Fry was barely warm, very greasy, and overly salty which had a weird oily after taste. The Mac & Cheese was cold and gummy. I also purchased 2-chicken breasts crispy skin which were barely warm but tasted good. The best part of my $33.15 order were the Biscuits, they were very tasty. I wanted to order some wings, but the restaurant was out of them; probably a good thing seeing how bad they screwed up the chicken tenders.

The KFC on Loucks Road (RT.30) in York, PA is the place to go if you want cold, over-cooked greasy and salty food. I will not be going back.

There was no option to order inside; had to use the drive-thru and you all know..you get screwed using any drive-thru...

When you pull up to the pick-up window the inside of the restaurant looks trashy and unclean from the outside. The girl working the pick-up window was very rude and hard to understand; seemed to me she was putting in time and did not want to be there, common for this younger generation.

Once and done, not going back to the KFC (RT.30) Loucks Road...

KFC in Loucks rd is disrespecting Chick-fil-A & Chipotle KFC is nasty because of the people that work there they suppose open at 10:30am the manager that opens the door shows up at 10:27am while the people that work there are waiting for him everyday management is always the last person to show up to the business and he is the one with the keys to to establishment while employees are waiting patiently 😂😂 is a mess in there, in my mind if you want a place to be run correctly you have to show up to your business at least one hour to one our in a half earlier for your business to be run correctly, I ask for extra crispy they give you original recipe man o man 😂not 😂😂place is ghetto not clean at all the business needs a renovation and love! The chicken is not fresh and you never get what you order made with love and most of the time they always have a ghetto post outside there door that says you have to used the drive thru can’t come inside, plus they have another sign out side the door that says exact cash or card!!😂😂😂😂 in 2024 that’s crazy!!!! this place is running itself don’t get me started employees smoking weed in the parking...

Ordered a 10piece feast. It was a joke. Supposed to come with 10 pieces of chicken, which it did. It was supposed to be extra crispy but was so wet and soggy it fell right of the chicken. Also included a large coleslaw, which was average and 2 large mashed potatoes. You would get better tasting potatoes out of a banquet tv dinner. It also included 4 of the driest, nastiest biscuits I've ever seen. They had the quality of Play-Doh. It also advertises that it includes a drink bucket, but we were given 2 large sodas instead. When asked, the man at the window snapped they didn't have any. It was also supposed to come with 4 chocolate chip cookies. But I can't tell you how they were because we never received them. And how much did this deal of a misery cost? Just a low price of $32! It's a rip-off. This location has always been subpar in the past, but we decided to give them another chance. No more chances.
