I had another fantastic experience at Mattress Warehouse last weekend! I went there 10 months ago for a mattress and was very pleased. I’m moving and upgrading my mattress to a king, so returned once again to the great people at Mattress Warehouse on Route 30 in the Maple Plaza.

This time I worked with Andrew, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, kind, and informative, and took his time to walk me through the analysis process to find the mattress that works best for me- I lost a lot of weight since the last time I was in, so wanted to make sure I was getting the appropriate mattress.

Andrew showed me 5 different mattresses that matched to my analysis and thoroughly explained each. Once I reached the final mattress, the Molecule Reflex hybrid, I was sold. The finance application process was quick and easy, and Andrew matched me up up with a great cooling mattress cover to protect my investment. The mattress and cover were delivered in three days, and I’ve been enjoying the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life, no exaggeration!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL bed shopping experience and it is ALL due to Maxx. I personally was dreading shopping for a new mattress, I would have rathered do anything else, Maxx changed that for me. My family and I had such an awesome experience, we had so much fun and LOTS of laughs. Maxx listened to what we were looking for, answered our many questions, made suggestions and actually had us test out the mattresses. He NEVER once was pushy or tried to "make a sell", he actually wanted us to be comfortable and happy with our choice. He informed us of all the warranties available AFTER we made our mattress choices. He NEVER tried to "up sell" us, he let us make our choices in what we needed and were looking for. We actually choice the pillows and sheets because we wanted them not because they were forced upon us. Maxx took his time with Mom especially in showing her the size difference in the mattress she was looking at, he never once rushed her. Maxx is a wonderful person with a fabulous sense of humor, extremely caring side and a great wealth of knowledge in the mattress industry. Along with a great personality and a true aim to please, Dakota went the extra mile, to deliver what is w/o a doubt, the most comfortable bed that my wife and I have ever slept in which, at first, I turned away from, thinking that I couldnt afford it. However, after coming back to lay down on their 'Beauty Rest Black' and knowing how important it was for my wife and I to have a good night sleep; this was one purchase I knew I was not going to settle on.

The Good News: Once Dakota knew how much I truly loved that bed ... He did everything he could to make sure I didnt have to settle and that my wife and I got the bed we loved!!

And, i wasn't going to mention this but, i think this says even more about integrity and their promises kept...

After running into a few problems with tge delivery guys tearing apart our old bed to set up the new bed .. Dakota and another great guy Nick (from another one of their stores), came to the rescue and worked like the pros they are!! And my wife and I were extremely pleased with all that Dakota promised he would do!!
