I know it’s Taco Bell here and it’s never great but to not even put meat in the tacos is a new level of low. You’d think the employees are paying for the ingredients with how stingy they are with the ingredients they put into their sad little “tacos” or shall I say lack thereof. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs if you can. Got the steak grilled cheese burrito (a $7 taco) and it’s literally got one tiny piece of meat in it and is just rice and cheese. Terrible Taco Bell. Don’t go here. Time for new staff at this location. Also took 20 minutes to get 3 tacos. Even the 2.7 ⭐️ rating they have here is high for them.

Tried to eat lunch here but someone didn't show up to work. The manager on duty was so irate she told people not to order and that it was just going to be her alone. We were told orders would take 1/2 hour. She immediately closed the drive through. She then started canceling orders. When mine came up she didn't even refund me the full amount on my corporate card. I understand fully that good help is hard to find right now, but I don't think it can justify this type of response, respect or service.

Yes, I'm leaving a 5 star review for a Taco Bell. This place opened up during COVID and it has struggled ever since. Food was typical Taco Bell, but sometimes ya just gotta have the Bell. Service and the dining area was always iffy at best.

We ordered online a set of meals and sides yesterday to feed a group. We got there, the food was ready on time, everything was as ordered. Everything was separated, labeled and grouped together by meal, and it was bagged in such a way that it was easy to carry. The people there were actually friendly and talked to us too.

In other words, for a Taco Bell, the service was outstanding. When a place has been struggling and suddenly steps it up, it's good to give them a compliment. Here's...

Worst taco bell i have been to, ever. Long waits and they do not answer their phone. They have gotten my order wrong all 3 times I have gone to them. Each time it was dead and they weren't busy and somehow still managed to mess up the order. They have forgotten whole items, given out poor quality items with literally no fillings, or given incorrect cheaper items in place of more expensive specialty items I purchased. Today was the last straw. I recommend anyone who wants their order CORRECT and in a timely manner to go to literally any other Taco Bell in the Kenosha or Racine area. The time you spend driving farther to another location you will save in hassles with incorrect orders and long waits. I would give 0 stars...

I gave 1 star so I could post a review otherwise they earned 0. I ordered a Beefy 5 layer burrito, no beans no sour cream + creamy Jalepeno sauce. I'm cutting to get to the middle where there's actually meat and to my surprise there's no meat in this ate. I received a half grilled tortilla w/sauce. What a disappointment. This location is just straight terrible. Not once, no exaggeration, not once have I had a good experience here. You've permanently lost a customer. If I knew how to upload a picture I would would. HEY TACO BELL, YOU WANNA SEE HOW YOU'RE FOOD IS BEING SERVED TO CUSTOMERS? Send me an email and I'll gladly send you guys...
