Subway — Restaurant in Youngstown

After a little over an hour waiting I got no food. It was International Foreign exchange student day. They had a pre-arranged setup that was miscommunicated happening a week earlier than planned. So, only 2 workers 1ringing vouchers 1adding extras to pre-set up "6" inch subs. I counted over 100 students not counting those in lot and walking away having ordered. With 30-40 customers waiting they ran out of everything!! Even tried baking more bread during service. Students had vouchers and told come next day and receive offer. I explained I was not a student and waited over an hour simply being told boss said close we're out of everything. Didn't freshly slice meat as advertised like Jersey Mike's. Didn't offer anything. Students abused the situation stole larger drinks than voucher for, came in took drinks and chips etc. never getting in line or ordering. They trashed the place with empty bags and cups everywhere. 1person did do some cleaning up. Unfortunately I went back next evening and they closed more than a 1/2 hour than posted 9pm close time. I had worst experience here today. I usually do online pickup. This time I did so at the store. We just waited at desk and didn’t get in line. But I told them I put an online order. Then other people started coming in. The order was suppose to be picked at 12:15, but the two behind the desk, were well aware of the online order i put, and the fact that I was waiting, but they purposely delayed the online order and served others. I highlighted several times to them while we seated at desk waiting for the order. People coming in same time as me, had mostly finished eating and left. Still they did not serve mine, because we are not important?!! Different race?!! I came in at 11:50, waited till 12:45pm. Then the two said they didn’t know I was here?!
